The aqua jogger is a perfect way to work out in the water. The belt is comfortable and supports you as you jog across the pool.

You can wear this belt in 3 feet of water, take your little ones to the pool, hang out with them and get a fabulous work out. You can use this to get a non-impact work out in even shallow water. My pool only is 4.5 get deep. You are lifting your head because your body is at an angle to avoid touching the floor. To compensate, I go forward and then backward in the pool so I don't overuse my neck joint. But, since you can workout in even 3 feet of water, I can take my kids swimming. Just keep me arms and legs moving as I hang out with them. I wear the Swimmo watch which measures my heart rate in the water , so I know my heart rate is in the right place. Everyone had a great time!

I have two aqua fitness belts, one at home and one at my son's so that I can do my water exercises when visiting. The belt is just as it is advertised, light, fits well, comfy and easy to use. For the times when I cannot do my regular swim the aqua belt is fantastic for walking in the water, and also for doing some water aerobics. Great product!

These were great for teaching my grandchildren how to swim. It leaves their arms free and easy to move.

I purchased this item believing that if it did not work for me for any reason I would be able to exchange it or get a full refund. The product did not work for my body type so I wished to return it and then order the one that would work for me. The company (Aqua Jogger) wrote me---email-- and advised that if I had used the product they could not accept the item back. I tried to explain that the only way that I, or anyone, could know if the product worked for them was if they "used" it. I went on further to write back that the Aqua Jogger Classic did not work for me because of my body type and that it did not provide adequate boyuancy and that I was willing to purchase the Aqua Jogger Pro in its place. The representative wrote that he would "try" and see if his manager would allow a one-time-exception in my case. The rep never followed up with me and then blocked his email address. I was not at all pleased in any way with this product, company, or customer service. Very shady and misleading. Buyer beware is so true in the case of this business!

I am very pleased with this belt for the design which helps the lower back from hurting and building up the core muscles. The only complaint I have is that is that it is a little loose on me. As my waste is around 35, I purchased the medium/large but would have been better off with the small.

5’6 155lbs. This keeps my head above water and a little bit of my shoulders while running in 10 feet of water in a swimming pool. The belt makes you feel like you need to lean forward a little and you have to lean back to stay vertical. I tighten it pretty snug and after 45 minutes of water running my ribs started to hurt a little and I felt the need to loosen it. At 1 hour I was ready to take it off. Maybe I will get use to it after I use it more.

"It does not stay in place. I need to adjust it constantly. The idea is terrific and I use it despite the design that dies not allow it to stay in place."After some thought I went and bought two adjustable cloth (canvas) belts. I used the holes in the back of the jacket to thread the belts to the jacket. I slip my legs through the belts , pull belts snuggly to legs and this keeps belt in place.I have no idea why the manufacturer could not solve such a simple issue by providing two canvas type belt.Belts were made for duffle bags.
