I read this book as a child and loved it because of the magical adventures! Some fifty years later I thought that. I would purchase the kindle version to see if I was still impressed by it after all this time and I am. I am sure that youngsters today would appreciate it as the chapters are quite short and there are lots of adventures.

I remember these story as a child and so bought this edition believing it didn't have the updated text as shown in the images, I enjoyed it but only 4 stars as it wasn't the edition I thought I was getting

I previously ordered this book for another seller and did not receive it so I ordered it again for myself and I am 16 going on to 60 (certainly no chicken) I am just as excited and enthralled as I was at 10+ .....decades ago. Enid Blyton is one of my favorite authors and her books are really entertaining both to the really young and the young at heart. The price was unbeatable. This is going to go into my library. I don't want to give it away-, I cant give it away.

I never read these books as a kid but heard about them from a friend. I have been reading these stories to my soon to be 5 kid and he enjoys them! Full of magic, wonder and adventure!
