You know when go to the beach, barefeet in the sand, staying there for hours... and when you go home you just feel calm, relaxed and happy. Thats what this mat provides.I didnt notice it at first, its an effect I barely noticed. One day it hit me, it gives me the feeling of a nice day at the beach, that serene feeling.Provided subtle but eventualy noticable calming and relaxtion.For the technical parts.Mat is really easy to put away, i jist roll or up and find a safe spot to store it. Its not tiny but its small enough it fit my hall storage cabinet.The cord is long, its white which is a bummer but that makes me recognize it a bit faster so harder to loose.My out of the box use case. I step on this barefoot when ever im working on my computer or other electornics senstive to static. This beats putting on that arm band you then clip to the metal on the case. This mat gives much better range of motion. Just dont take your feet off of it.Mat is large enough I can lie down on it without a shirt on (bare skin is best) and it covers my whole back no problem.When plugged in doesnt feel like its doing anything but it does ground up. Sometimes i sit on this and use it while i meditate (doing the gateeay tapes)

The media could not be loaded. I love my purchase here! I just used my grounding mat after studying grounding extensively and after researching exactly the best mat for me. I am very PLEASED with it!! It was nicely packaged, great instructions, and it was super easy to snap the grounding wire to the snap on the mat,,, then I plugged it into the GROUND on my kitchen wall, and I stood on it while doing dishes! The court is plenty long, and so you'll just coil the excess out of your way. I'm going to roll it up and get it back out every time I do dishes - great way to multitask and get healthier while i'm doing dishes! A+ ♥️

Thanks for a great product that is now protecting my very expensive $6500 engineering laptop! It is perfect.I bought this to put under my laptop and mouse because my office has carpet and when I sit down to work I zap my laptop with a static spark, which is not good for the electronics. This grounding mat now zaps my arm instead of me zapping my laptop, which is exactly what it is supposed to do, I love it. I have read other reviews where people are surprised that they get a little static shock when they touch this mat, that means it is working! Did you somehow want to eliminate static without transferring the static away from your body?As far as the instructions, I had to take a close look at the border stitching to figure out which way was up and which surface was to be on the table, because the instructions just tell me how great it is and don't describe nor show in their silly silhouetted pictures any clue as to how to lay it down. These are instructions or a sales pitch for something I already bought? For those of you who are interested in real facts, you lay it down with plug UP, which is with the smooth surface UP and the fabric lays against the table...The sales and marketing comedy routine about becoming one with the Earth and about the healing powers of grounding would be a good skit for SNL. I cannot understand why the manufacturer would create a perfectly working static eliminator that is technically valid and easily proven which can be marketed to hundreds of millions of computer and electronic professionals, and market it instead to just a few thousand mystics as a magical healing apparatus - which cannot be proven.

I bought this to use at the foot of my bed to ground me while sleeping. You have to have bare skin touching the pad, so it can't be underneath your contour (bottom) sheet. Unfortunately, even though it remains under my blankets, it's odd that the imitation leather is always very cold on my feet! I also always wake up with it bunched up below my feet not even touching them any more, so I don't recommend using this mat in the bed, but instead use it for your feet under a desk or something.

I had to return this because you can’t plug it into a wall outlet unless you buy a different socket to go with it. You just can’t plug it into a regular wall outlet unfortunately so I had to return it. It doesn’t tell you that in the ad before you buy it that you do need a different wall socket to put into your wall socket for it so do not purchase it. Buy them more expensive one that comes with the extra socket. Or you will be stuck just like I was and have to go out and buy a wall socket to put that into and then you put the wall socket that you purchased into your wall socket if that makes any sense to you. It was a waste of time and money and I wish I could’ve tried it.Ease of Use was not easy at all.Functionally wasn’t able to use it.
