I had a stroke a couple months ago and now I can't reach down far enough to get that right boot on. These hooks go right through the finger loops on top of the boot shaft without damaging or scratching the leather. They're the perfect length for me and seem to be pretty solid. For the money these are great and I take them with me on overnight outings. Very helpful as I thought I was going to have to break down and start wearing croc's or something.

As you age you often, well I have, get to the point that it’s difficult to pull your boots on. I’m needing a new hip and bending down to pul them on is extremely painful. These solved the problem, just the right length and easy to get the finger loop and pull them on. For me they have been a life changer.
