Bought these for my boys for when they play knee hockey. They are on the softer side so hopefully they wont break anything when they play inside. Appreciate that it came in a pack of 12 for an affordable price, considering half of them usually end up lost.

Great for indoor hockey
These are great for indoor knee hockey. Using with the mini sticks and nets and they are durable and a strong foam to not rip easily. Perfect size and great colors.

Great for kids
The balls are rather small for outdoor use. We use them indoor and are a perfect size. They are a good size for a solid net, but will go right through a net with bigger holes. They are durable, though.

Helps with upper back shoulder pain
These hockey balls are the perfect size to use on the upper back and against the wall, rubbing them on the shoulder and shoulder blade area. As a massage therapist, I give them to clients to put in a sock or stocking, throw them over their shoulder and back up against the wall to treat various muscles and muscle groups in the upper back. Each the hockey balls has enough give to reach into painful areas, but is sturdy enough to provide good pressure. They cost very little and are highly appreciated by everyone who receives one. The colors are bright so you lose them easily. And their functionality is tremendous!
