A great investment
Wow, what a great investment. They are exactly as described and a very high quality. I use these for 5 to 10 mins a day for the past month and so far seem incredibly decent and durable. Very satisfied!

Easy to grip
These are great! Older female. I am able to grip them easily and am using them to help stengthen upper body and arms for swimming.
