No mess
Wanted to upgrade my wax ring because it's always so messy to change and I love that they can out with this product so easy to change and install.

More forgiving than a wax ring
Used this on two toilet installs so far and no leaks. I hate installing toilets, so the ability to adjust the toilet after setting it down is a huge plus. In all applications, I've had the toilet flange sitting directly on top of the floor, so the additional spacer was not used.

Easy install
Much easier that old school wax ring!!

Work with a BUT...
I had to trim the spacer with a knife. Cut about half of the foam off. My flange was about 1/8 to 1/4" below the floor so I had to use the spacer but it was too thick to get the toilet to install flat on the floor. They really should supply different thickness spacers so you can add or subtract as needed.

Nice...
Retired landlord and home owner for forty plus years. This Gasket/seal is great.. you can set the seal with the additional spacer then set the bowl.. If the bowl is more then 3/8" off floor, cut off a thin slice of the spacer and reset the bowl. you can't do that step with a wax ring.. little wobble is all you want before you tighten down the two bolts..

Not worth the hassle
Too high with additional piece added and too low by itself. My flange is flush with the floor. Not worth the hassle.
