This is my third or fourth purchase. I waited to post a review because sometimes you try something and it works great at first then it begins to work less each time. This is not the case. I have been taking probiotics since 2009 now I can finally say my body responds well to this product. So many are too expensive to afford. The price seems fair.Easy to swallow and not too large. A dosage is 2 tablets which isn’t too bad. I was taking a product that required 3 tablets at a time. Who wants a mouthful of pills to make your system work?This one is formulated for women. A plus in my opinion. My gastroenterologist asked if I was taking my probiotics like I was supposed to. I said of course. No idea if it affected my last colonoscopy but alls good now.

I started taking this probiotic 9 days ago and I already see a difference in my bowel movements regularity and ph balance. I take one capsule at the same time every morning (without food) and I have not experienced any after taste, nausea or any side other effects. I love that the ingredients are natural.....no silicone or titanium! I recommend this product ......I will update the review if that changes!

I purchased these probiotics hoping they would work better for me than the ones I had been using. They are working just as I had hoped. I am very pleased with the results as well as the price.

They have multiple good strains of bacteria. While the addition of cranberry is very beneficial, I can no longer use them to start yogurt with, it just didn't work. I lost a whole batch of yogurt. I used a different kind of milk so it may not have been all cranberry in the probiotic. But not anxious to try it again. Never a batch do that before. They seem to be good for what they are intended for. Easy to swallow. Have no smell, so very easy to take. I have been using this brand for a while now, I like the bacteria strains that are included. Seem to be a good quality at a reasonable price.

Changed my life! I’m not exaggerating. My bathroom times are finally regulated. I take one every night, and by the morning I am solid. I feel like I can finally live a more comfortable social life. It’s amazing.

I think this product worked well for my needs. If anyone wants to improve their vaginal health after antibiotics or has BV this will help BUT I strongly believe this product caused a small acne outbreak. My skin is typically well behaved and I don’t do anything special with my skin care so I can usually tell what breaks me out. After I started consistently taking this, I got multiple acne spots in various areas of my face. The only way I got them to finally go away was to stop taking the probiotic. Pretty sad for me because I didn’t want to have to choose between vaginal health and skin health. I haven’t had any issues with my vaginal health since I’ve stopped taking it, I’m hoping it stays that way, but my skin cleared up completely again (another sign that the probiotics more than likely was the cause). I don’t say this to deter you from the product but just be aware this could or could not happen to you. Other than the acne, I did not experience any other symptoms (that I know of). Best of luck
