Gaming chair is comfy and cleanable. Happy with this purchase!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Love this chair for our office/front gaming & homework room. It does the job perfectly. Comfortable, sturdy, easy to clean, etc. Video says it all. It was well-packaged upon arrival. Took a bit of time to put together, and the instructions were fairly decent. There were some bolt sizes that were listed incorrectly in the instructions - attaching the trim on the side is where this occurs. Pay attention to the plastic pieces that go around the chair stem, as there were 3 pieces and by mistake we only attached two thinking there were two and not mentioned in instructions. But since there are three, and you want to a fix them properly, do it as one of the first things in chair setup. Pillow is detachable if you so choose. Chair back goes back far but not flat, and back and seat are both adjustable in firmness and height respectively. Really nice purchase. I love the gray color, too!

Arm Rests That Came With My Chair Are Not The Ones Pictured. Overall, an Excellent Value.
I purchased the Von Racer chair for my son for a Christmas gift to replace his older gaming chair (from another brand) that practically disintegrated within two years. The packaging wasn't anything special, but the box did its job in protecting the chair from any damage during shipping. Having assembled a few gaming chairs before, assembly of this chair was very straight-forward and only took about 25 minutes. The only tool needed was the included allen wrench. Given the chair's low price, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the chair is. The PU leather looks and feels durable and the chair's seat cushion is soft yet supportive. I like how this chair doesn't have wings on the seat that can restrict leg movement that a lot of gaming chairs have. The hydraulics are smooth, allowing for very good height adjustment. The seat back can be adjusted to about 160 degrees. The retractable foot-rest feels a little weak, so it would be best to use that feature with great care.A couple of disappointments:The chair I received does not have the same style of arm-rests as seen on the product picture. The chair I received has arm-rests that are attached to the side of the seat back and the chair cushion. A hinge allows the arm-rest to bend as needed when the seat back is adjusted forward or back. The arm rests that came with my chair are not adjustable. The picture of the adjustable arm-rests were one of the advertised features that sold me on this chair. Fortunately, I think the arm rests that came with this chair are better cushioned and are probably more comfortable and durable than the ones in the picture. The lumbar support pillow is a little too firm. There's not enough cushion to allow it to properly contour to the back. The USB-powered vibrating head-pillow is also too firm to be considered comfortable. The chair is comfortable enough without either pillow.Final thoughts:The chair that I use in my own setup is a Secretlab Titan which costs almost three times as much as the Von Racer. I think that the Von Racer has a softer, more comfortable seat cushion than the Titan. The Von Racer's foam cushioning seems thick and durable enough so that it won't collapse over time. The Titan has better stitching, more adjustability, and better hydraulics. It's obvious that the build quality of the Von Racer isn't as good as the Titan, but time will ultimately tell how durable it truly is. Overall, I am impressed with the comfort and quality of the Von Racer chair. My son's verdict is very positive.

Buyer beware, you'll have to pay return shipping !
Was searching more a more supportive office chair. This chair fits the bill for right under $100. (I paid 99.99 for the grey chair). I was trying to stay away from the complete "gaming look". I'm not a gamer, thank god. This chair pops up higher than my last, which is great ! I have a tallish desk so getting the chair up an extra few inches really helps on comfort. It was easy to assemble, box to sit , in about 30 mins for me alone. I don't foresee using the massage / vibrating feature but it's there nonetheless. It's a USB cable, not a regular wall plugin. Which for my set up, isn't ideal. It's certainly comfortable and supportive. The only negative is it gets hot ! Must be the memory foam in the cushion that retains heat. I have a standing desk platform on top of my regular desk so I can alternate to standing when the chair gets too hot so not a deal breaker, but one star knock off for that.Happy with purchase.UPDATE 4/28/2020After only 2 weeks of use, the chair is now lopsided / leans to the left side. I am 140lbs, nowhere near the 300 lb weight limit. Chair has been used as an office chair for a normal 8-hour workday, no gaming. I have contacted the seller for a refund.Seller got back to me within a few hours of my email. Offered 30$ to keep the item or me to return the item at MY cost. I have no use for a defective chair and since when does the buyer pay return shipping when the item is defective? See other 1 star reviews as there are other reviews of lopsided chairs. This is obviously a problem. I kept ALL the original packaging and will be returing. Think before dropping money on this chair or dealing with this seller !
