Best product for sourdough baking.
I like it very much. Iβm using it for baking sourdough bread. It prevents the bottom of my dough from burning.

Amazing cream of rice replacement
I absolutely love this product, I used to have cream of rice but I was sick of all the added fortifications like iron, as a guy I try to avoid products with excessive amounts of iron. This product has one ingredient only, rice! It's part of my go-to meal before the gym, I do 1/4 or 1/2 cup rice flour, a banana and/or 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries, 1tbsp peanut butter, dash of cinnamon, 1/4 tsp salt, and about 15g protein from unflavored whey protein isolate. Very nutritous and tasty meal.

Quality GF rice flour
Great quality and gluten free. I used to make my own GF flour blend from the ATK GF cookbooks (recommend those)

Great for sourdough proofing
I picked this up to dust the liner of my banneton basket for proofing my sourdough loaves. I initially used plain all-purpose flour, but it would just absorb into the loaf and leave the linen liner sticky. I also saw videos of people dusting their loaves with rice flour prior to scoring, as it stays white on the surface of the bread and doesnβt just absorb into the dough as it steams. You get a nice color contrast when doing decorative scores.
