Perfect for Seniors with Dementia – Easy to Use and Reliable!
I purchased this phone for my mom, who has dementia, because she kept misplacing her cordless phones. I needed something that would stay in one place and be simple for her to use, and this has been perfect. The large buttons and photo memory dialing make it easy for her to call family without needing to remember numbers. Programming was straightforward, and the picture slots are a fine size. Most importantly, she’s able to use it without confusion. If you need a reliable, user-friendly phone for a senior or someone with memory issues, I highly recommend this one!

Good clear sound, plenty of volume. Simple for seniors, convenient for all.
We got this for a family member who has trouble seeing and can no longer use her cellphone without assistance. But rather than get a landline installed, or VOIP provider over internet, we got an "XLink BT HD" adapter here on Amazon, that connects this phone to her mobile phone via Bluetooth and it all works great! We programmed the speed dial buttons, quick and easy. Now she can make calls and get calls without our assistance. The sound quality is better than her mobile phone, and she can either use the handset or the speakerphone. The build quality of the phone seems totally fine. Definitely recommend this phone.

Ended up buying two!
Bought the phone to used by my 97yr old Grandmother. She loves the sound quality as it has a volume adjustment. The photo buttons for being able to direct dial the person associated with the button is the best part. The phone also came with hands free option and the reception was clear.

Don’t Buy This Phone
This phone did not work and customer service did not respond back to me. Static on the line when making a call. The phone lines were checked by the phone company so it is the phone. I wouldn’t buy this phone because of the lack of responds. Wasted my money.

Good product for elderly
bought for an elderly relative. The spaces for the pictures were an inch or so big so I put an initial instead of a picture. This was easier to see. Programming was a bit tricky but once you got the hang of it it was ok. If the person holds the button too long it could reset it. One issueI found was that the person dropped the phone off the table. All the buttons fell out and so did the pictures. Be sure to take a picture of the grid so that you remember whose number is on each button. Sound Quality was good.

INSTRUCTION SET UP MANUAL is so small with tiny print !!!
I'm not sure what the company was thinking when they created a wallet-sized set up / instruction manual that is so small I can't see it or could my kids...This phone is ideal for seniors or those with vision issues. The audio is good and the simplicity of the layout is above average on the phone. Yet it's a challenge to set-up because there's almost no instructions that can be read. You'll need to take the tiny booklet to your home printer and enlarge it. Or get a magnifying glass to see it.You can pre-program the special buttons and place photo inserts where there are slots for such. That is a plus except my mom feels she has to hit the blank buttons as well. Happens at 94 years of age and that's fine. It's plastic and of course Made In China. It says it has a 6 ft drop factor so we'll see.Still a good choice.

A Great Choice for Those Who No Longer Can Handle Smartphone Dexterity
We have been quite happy with this landline phone to replace a smart phone that was just beyond the ability of our family member in hospice care. As it turns out, the photo storage and internet access weren't really high on the list for someone who just wants to talk to family and friends daily or even multiple times daily. Super easy for the caregiver to program, and easy to use for the person who has lost a lot of hand dexterity. For folks of a certain age, using a desk phone like this comes quite naturally, as this is how they used phones for decades before our smartphone era. I just turned those photos on the buttons over, and printed in big, bold lettering the first initial of their six most often called people; then programed the button to call when pressed. Of course, all the usual functions of a landline phone are available -- dialing direct, taking incoming calls, volume adjustment, etc. In all, very pleased with this phone.

Great Phone for the Elderly
If you are looking for a landline phone for a 'senior', this is a great phone. The photo buttons make it easy for my 101 year old mother-in-law to make a phone call, and the speakerphone works well so she doesn't have to keep the handset up to her ear. Nice volume control so she can adjust the sound level up to hear. The cord between the base and the handset isn't very long and she needs to sit right next to the phone to use the handset should she wish to, so we bought a longer cord. Now she can sit back comfortably in her recliner and use the speaker feature. Very happy with this purchase.
