Bose is the best, love the price, perfect condition

1) If you're a bass Uber alles type, not for you. Bass control available through your source, but provides a more balanced tone profile. (This means you can hear all the consonants and words.) 2) Big, clunky, scratches fairly easily. The case or a big sock not a bad idea. 3) Water RESISTANT. Not proof. 4) Big battery, but when they say 17 hours I yell back 12 or 13. Still, no slouch. And 5) clean, audible music- remember when you'd hear the drummer drop a stick? Yeah, this is that, and falling sheet music too. Not a studio monitor, but for Bluetooth? Close enough.

Great sound

I returned my Sonos speakers and purchased this lovely little Gem! What a great deal. It’s a “renewed” product but as far as I can tell so far it’s just perfect! I connected it in 5 seconds to my iPhone and the sound is great! The box was a bit messed up but I throw those out anyway! I would definitely recommend this little powerhouse of a speaker and the carrying handle makes it very convenient!

I was able to compare this renewed version with one my friend has that was bought at a Bose store, and both sound identical. The battery life is great. I suggest using the app on your phone to update the firmware, as mine had slightly old firmware when I got it.

I'm extremely disappointed in this. I was so excited to receive this. It is not "near perfect cosmetic condition" I don't mind a few scratches but this is not just a few "hairline scratches". It looks like it was handled by a toddler and "cleaned" by one. It's COVERED in scratches, there isn't one part of it that didn't have one. It was obviously dropped so hard that the metal literally got scraped off. There's dents, cuts in the silicon area, scratches, plastic rubbed off and it has NOT been cleaned thoroughly in the time of a pandemic. It was also not wiped, still has the previous person's blue tooth info logged in.If I had wanted something in this condition I would have bought it and paid $75 less at least. Returning, which is SUPER exciting to do when I'm trying to social distance during a pandemic. Guess I'll buy new from Bose for $40 more which I should've done in the beginning apparently.
