Delicious & thick - cheaper than a trip to Madrid!
This is Not an American chocolate mix that is thin and sweet. It is Spanish style which is thick and not so sweet. It does taste very similar to what I enjoyed in Madrid. I mix the powder with some hot water to dissolve it then add Hot milk and stir. If you wait to heat the milk after you dissolve the powder, the chocolate is really thick and it is difficult to stir in the milk without lumps. So, make sure the milk is Hot before you dissolve the powder. Otherwise, it is delicious. I wish I had churros to dip, but Those are a bit beyond my skills to make.

I have heard so much about this hot chocolate that I finally purchased it to try. I wasn't a fan of it..Way to rich and sweet for me and I love chocolate but if you like thick, rich pudding like hot chocolate...you will love this..

The best thick hot chocolate. Had hot chocolate in Spain and this is the closest I’ve found to replicating that experience. Constantly come back to Paladin!

It lacks freshness and feels a bit "jellyish" on the palate. The taste improved slightly when I added dark cocoa powder to the mug.
