Massage Gaming Chair - High Back Racing PC Computer Desk Office Chair Swivel Ergonomic Executive Leather Chair with Footrest and Adjustable Armrests, Gray/Black

So I bought this chair with the hopes that it will properly support my back, as I get lower back pain fairly easy. I had a problem with the chair out of the box, but support was kind enough to sort it out for me.My experience with customer support:I had an issue with the seat cushion that customer support helped me with. There was a big depression or like a section of cushion missing right where the seat meets the back support. I think the way it was packaged another part was squeezing the cushion and deformed it or something. This made it hard to sit properly in the chair, and put my back at a weird angle as my butt was sloping down, a little hard to explain.Anyways customer support issued me a full refund on the chair and is sending me a seat cushion replacement after seeing some pictures and video. They were really quick to respond and it was very very nice of them to refund me for the chair.Chair review:The chair itself was very easy to put together, and has a very premium feel to it. The armrests are nice and adjustable. You can move them up and down and rotate them to adjust the angle (a feature I was specifically looking for). The seat itself has two adjustment levers, one for the angle of the back and another for the height. I was hoping the chair would be able to lean back on a spring without having to adjust the backrest, but not having it isn't a big deal for me.The extendable leg rest is very nice as well. It easily slides out and and is great for a short break from working or gaming. The "back massager" is ok as well. It is a very simple vibrating massager, but it comes with a very long usb cable and feels good.Outside of the issue with the seat cushion the chair is very comfortable. I've placed another cushion on the seat to make up for the depresion for the time being.The only negative I would give this chair is that it is all "leather" or PU or something. The seat cushion can retain a bit of heat and sometimes make the bottom of my thighs and butt sweaty. Other than that the chair is very nice.I highly recommend this chair. A very great deal for the price.

Never owned a gaming chair before, actually a decent chair, this is definitely a step up from the dining room chair.It's got a leg rest, very easy to assemble, comfy (A little weird on the back sometimes, you gotta find the sweet spot for the pillow that they provide).Bads: The pillow supporting the head it's extremely bulky, so its really uncomfortable, you can just remove it, but sometimes you're missing something supporting your neck. Not a big deal, but feels like wasted material.The cushion supporting your body (Your Ass) its fine, comfy, but if you put all your body weight in one spot, it will destroy the cushion, also if you're not careful you might end up sitting on top of the back pillow, and putting more pressure on one spot of the cushion, you might end up with a weird hole on your chair.Overall satisfied tho, for the price its a good chair.PD: The massage pillow is useless, it just vibrates, don;t buy it because of that, see it as a perk that you will never use lol.

I really love this chair. It’s firm and comfortable, and the foot rest is really great for kicking back. I do digital art and gaming and being in this chair for several hours is not at all bad on my back or legs! The only thing I have concern about is the back has this bolt in the support bar that will not screw in all the way. I figured it’s no big deal, and I can probably drill a new hole for it if it ever comes loose, but even with the bolt not being in all the way, there is no wiggle or sign of looseness so I can deal. It’s why I marked one star off for assembly though. The vibration cushion is also good, but does get hot after a bit. I’ve had it for a week now and really love it!

i've had this thing for like 6 months now and its overall okay. After a little while m y ass would get a little sore from sitting. back support is not bad and I like the vibrating cushion it comes with. I invested in a memory foam butt pillow and that fixed my issue but for anyone that doesn't want get extra goodies then...i don't know what to tell you. I would say this is a good intro chair. As this is my first gaming style pc chair, i would assume there are a few more comfortable option out there but for the price its pretty solid. I apporve

My boyfriend ordered this through my account. It arrived earlier than expected so that was awesome. He assembled it quickly and asked me to try it out. It looks like most computer chairs so I sat down expecting nothing special, but woah....back massager engaged. "I wish I could lean back in it though since this massage is so relaxing" I mentioned to him. He leaned the chair back and...wtf...a foot rest popped out of nowhere too?! Ok..I'm not moving. He gave me a look and asked if i was ever going to get out of HIS new chair (hahahaha...his chair...) so he could get back to coding. I rolled the chair up to the computer, but since I was all relaxed and leaning back I couldnt get close enough until...he adjusted the arm rests lower. Is this thing a body conforming, magical transformer/masseuse chair?! Anyway, we are now going to *finally* order him a new chair for his office. I LOVE MY new chair!

Awesome chair! I got this as a gift for my husband and he loves it! It arrived much sooner than I thought. My husband put it together but it seemed fairly easy. It’s very comfortable. The vibration is powerful and the leg rest is great. The only slightly annoying thing is that for the vibrating pillow to work you have to have it plugged into the USB on the computer. Definitely worth the price!
