Can kick your butt!
Easy to setup but time consuming. High quality and smooth. Instructions were very easy to follow and the directions were written well. Set aside some time though because it takes a while to setup and has heavy parts. Construction is solid but wobbles just a bit on carpet floor. My workout right now is the 10 10 10 10 method. (10 push-ups, 10 pullups, 10 crunches, and 10 minutes on the elliptical with the resistance set to 8) This elliptical can kick your butt if you want it to which is great because I don't have a lot of time to workout so the resistance this gives is very nice. Its half stair stepper and half elliptical. Super easy on the knees but it shreds the muscle right above the knee which is what you are looking for. The moving handles arnt really for me so I prefer to use the stationary center handles. Overall a great purchase and an upgrade to my older elliptical. I really like it!

Almost zero customer support
Update: Second workout equipment started making a clicking, then a loud banging sound. As an old maintenance man, I was pretty sure a bearing was failing. I was willing to work with them to diagnose the problem, order the parts, and I was willing to fix the equipment myself. I wanted to keep the machine. However, I received virtually no customer service support from the manufacturer. They did not respond to emails; they did not return phone calls. I tried three times to get support, but each time there was nothing from them. Disassembling the machine now and it will be returned as soon as UPS will come and pick it up. Worst customer support experience I’ve had in a long time. Arrived yesterday. Assembled yesterday (about 2 hours). First workout this morning. Very nice machine. The parts bearing all the stress on this machine appear to be heavy duty and up to the task. Very quiet. I live in an upstairs apt and I’m sure they heard nothing below me. I wanted a machine where I could control the resistance, and I am happy with that aspect of this machine. You really feel each click as you reduce/increase resistance. Really got my heart rate up this morning. Very sturdy feel. Don’t get the impression that this machine is cheap crap about to fall apart. Without being able to say anything about durability at this point, I am very happy with this purchase. Negatives: Assembly instructions were good but with very small diagrams for older eyes. My machine has a very slight wobble, but that may be due to the uneven floors in my old apt. The digital readout is not backlit and is a little cheesy. Pulse monitor was not very close to the reading provided by my chest-strap heart monitor. There were some scratches on the digital readout mechanism right out of the box. The hardware comes in a kind of blister pack piece of cardboard. I noticed right away that I was missing a bolt, and found out later that the missing bolt was essential to assembly. After going through all the packaging debris I found the bolt hiding under a flap at the bottom of the box. Check your hardware right away so you don’t throw away/lose hardware you will absolutely need for assembly. There are some exotic bolts and washers that you cannot do without. All in all, this is a nice machine and definitely worth the money — keeping in mind that I cannot provide any testimonial at this as to durability.

Solidly built machine!!
UPDATE: (09-15-2020) Machine still works great, no broken parts as other people complained about. Though I only use it modestly as I prefer exercising outdoors so it is a backup exercise option for home when weather is craps outside. I seriously wonder if other people who has broken parts are above the weight limit of 250lbs (I am 200lbs), or abuse the machine. I would not hesitate to buy it again almost a year later. Hope this helps. :) ======================================================================================= I can only review on the build of the machine after putting it all together, but have not used it long enough to give how effective it is. However, the one time I gave it a go - I cranked up the difficulty dial to middle and was struggling after about 30 seconds. I am 6'2" 215lbs - that's a good sign that there is enough resistance for me with this machine. The box is around 95lbs - if you buy from Amazon, it is delivered by Amazon (too heavy for USPS/UPS/FEDEX). I used a box cutter to cut it open on the edges, the main central part of the machine with the weighted disc is protected by two huge Styrofoam blocks. Rest of the poles/parts were well protected, I saw no damage at all. Someone on another review complained bolts/holes did not line up and had to drill new holes. I think that is a bit wayyyy too much drama and exaggeration. The only part that took a bit of muscle to push the bolt through the hole was the first step - attaching the front stabilizer/foot. You just have to rotate the angle a bit to match the holes and after the first bolt gets through, the rest line up pretty easily. Didn't even have to use a hammer on the bolt to get it through. The hardware (bolts/nuts) were of good quality, I was quite happy and no small parts were missing or spilled from the package (as another reviewer mentioned, which I find it difficult to see happening). Literally all the bolts/nuts were glued down on a piece of cardboard box held together by plastic cover. I can see 2 very large bolts may come loose from the package, but there is no way it could get into any part of the machine as it is almost as long as your hand. It took almost up to 2hrs after watching the instruction on YouTube, the video did miss mentioning a couple of washers sometimes so pay attention in details to the parts being assembled as they fail to add that to the bottom caption words. The unit feels quite solid and the tubes are much heavier/thicker than those you find on cheaper skinnier looking exercise machines. I found out that it is not exactly 'hardwood floor friendly' - as you try to move and tilt the machine on its wheels, it makes permanent indentations on the hardwood floor. This is permanent damage! I had to go and buy a mat for exercise machines to place it on top of. The wheels are just too small for the 80 or so lbs of metal being put on it. The heart monitor does work, the display is just minimally acceptable but I don't really pay attention to that. The tablet/device holder is wonderful, that makes up for the basic LCD display which comes with it and don't expect it to motivate you at all LOL. I can even place a 12" laptop on the device holder. The key to stop the front end from wobbling, is that you have to lean a bit forward if you decide to hold on to the outer set of handle bars. That is probably the correct posture anyways if you are really walking forward or up stairs. This will eliminate the wobbling on the front end with your weight displaced forwardly. Enjoy your climb!

Impossible à monter car il manque deux pièces importantes numéros 14. De plus, j'ai dû acheter des outils pour faire du filetage sur certaines vis et boulons
