it’s shipped in a plastic bag. not a box or in bubble wrap. so unfortunately the top was broken. but it came sealed & not leaking hence the five star rating. plus I can still close it. so it’s not that bad. **UPDATED REVIEW** upon refilling my previous dispensers, I can confirm the watery consistency everyone is talking about. when I buy this in grocery stores, I never have this problem. HOWEVER, I found that completely emptying the soap dispenser made the soap easier to use. it’s an inconvenience, but I think it’s because this is a different formula from the other soft soap brands. therefore, it won’t mix well. ever since I’ve done that, no more watery soap. so the 5 star rating stays.

The only hand soap for my dry skin! I wash my hands several times in one day, leading to dry cracked fingers especially in this New England winter weather . This soap feels as though I put my favorite hand lotion on . It is smooth and thick , quite moisturizing. The scent is subtle and a soft almond like scent. I Definitely can recommend! My family also likes it as well. The price is right.
