This eyeliner is VERY pigmented--it is literally one of the blackest blacks I own. It doesn't dry too shiny like some brands, but it is also not fully matte either which I LOVE. It doesn't dry out the eyes or make them itchy, which is an issue I have with A LOT of eyeliners. It stays on all day, withstanding sweat (I am a Chef, so I wore this ALL day in a HOT kitchen and it did not budge one bit in my 8hr shifts) The ONLY issue I do have is getting the lines to a point, I like my wings to look like they could be used as a weapon, so for my wingtips I go in with a gel liner since the felt tip on this just cannot get as thin as I want. I can say be careful as it is drying on your lid if you have hooded eyes to avoid that awful eyeliner smudge just after applying. Hard to remove without Micellar water. Love this eyeliner so far.

I love this dang eyeliner! I used to use the classic Stila one for $25, but when I got into college, I couldn't afford that. I went on a limb to try this since it was about a quarter of the price, and I was pleasantly surprised. It lasts long, is a deep black, and goes on so easily.My ONLY complaint is that when it's almost empty/ready to be changed, it starts to leak from the felt tip area. If I open the lid, a big drop of ink is there and then it's SUPER watery upon application, not like it usually applies. I would think this was a one-off, but this has happened with almost all the ones I've bought, and I think I'm on my 9th or 10th at this point. :) Just something to look out for.

I've been using gel/liquid eyeliners for decades. My recent preferences have been Stila and Lancome liquid eyeliners. Never liked the KVD or Tom Ford.This is precise, very pigmented and stays on until I take it off with double cleanse. Doesn't bleed into wrinkles.This $7 eyeliner is better than anything I've used. Glad there is an option for brown. Hope more colors will become available.

Lo que más me gusta del maquillaje elf es que es profesional y asequible. En esta ocasión la sorpresa fue con este delineador: la punta del plumón es super precisa y facilita mucho el delineado, incluso si no tienes mucha práctica como yo. El color es intenso y se seca muy rápido, lo que evita que se corra fácilmente. Es resistente al agua, aunque después de muchas horas puede desvanecerse un poco, sobre todo si tienes párpados grasos. Aún así por su precio cumple muy bien su función y sí lo volvería a comprar. Ideal para el uso diario.

This is my favorite liquid eyeliner. Most eyeliner pens you have to put pressure on the tip to get ink out, which is hard to do on eyelids (especially hooded eyes). This pen is like paint and I love it.!

I absolutely LOVE using heavy eyeliner for my daily makeup routine, and it’s so pigmented and it dries quickly!!! This eyeliner in specific doesn’t disappear from my eyelids near the creases, so that’s amazing.

Stays on for a long time, dries quickly, does really smudge that much, I really like it! Bolder look too I guess? Good for alt makeup or big eyeliner 💕🎼🍰🦇
