Lots of protein and carbs in this bar. Good for a meal replacement. I've been cutting fat and sometimes eating the same things get very boring. This bar is like a breath of fresh chocolate air. It's really tasty, but it is very sweet. If you're not a fan of sweets or candy bars, then this may not be for you. The icing on top is pretty thick and some folks may not like it, but I really like this and will buy again. The bars are big, so they are very filling. Sometimes I will eat half a bar and save the other half for later.

One of my new favorite bars! It's a little high in calories 300/bar... but as a meal replacement it's perfect! If you only want to make it a snack, just cut the bar in half, and save the other half for later! Still should be 15g of protein and half the calories. They're crisp and chewy at the same time, and looks just like the picture on front of the box! They're yummy, with no awful aftertaste like the Power crunch bars have! I need to try the other flavors, especially cookies and cream;-)

I exercise often and usually have this bar daily as a snack (rather than as a meal-replacement) while at work. For me, it works well as a healthy snack without being as high in sugar as similar health bars. It's a bit high in fat and saturated fat, so I don't have them on days I don't exercise to avoid weight gain. Surprisingly great taste considering the amount of sugar in it. Overall, great tasting bar for the price!

My husband loves these. They are the perfect size for him to use as a meal replacement bar or as an energy boost before hitting the gym. Nice variety of flavors offered.

These taste pretty decent for a protein bar. I purchased in March 2021 and they have a use by date of November 2021. I had previously purchased these to be high-calorie meal replacement bars and I was disappointed to see that these new bars shipped in March 2021 were fewer calories. This appears to have been accomplished in part by reducing the size of the bar. The old bars were each 3.52 oz, 410 calories, 32g protein. The new bars are each 3.0 oz, 300 calories, 30g protein.

I do a physically demanding job and one of these as a snack during the day keeps me going. They taste great and the macros are a good balance of protein, carbs and fat. I like that it’s a lower calorie option than the cookie crunch bars too. Great value for the price.

I like the taste, but the outer layer doesn't withstand temperature fluctuations of Amazon shipping carriers. The outer coating is delicious & not messy if it gets shipped to stores in climate-controlled conditions. But if it has been exposed to typical winter or summer temps, the coating crumbles and breaks off into a big mess of crumbs that's not good for eating on the go. Met-Rx & Amazon should warn customers of the temperature sensitivity so buyers can decide if they want to take the risk.

I love these as my go-to snack when I'm on the run and don't have time for a meal. I prefer them over fast food when I'm on the go
