Pro: Nice appearance and watch is running.Con: No instructions came with the watch and I initially could not set the time. You have to pull hard on the stem and then there is no "feel" as the hands turn. The "feel" when setting this watch is different than all my previous experience with wind-up pocket watches, when people used them as their only time piece. The other thing missing is instructions for how to change the battery. I assume that one just uses a tool like a screwdriver to pry off the back. I'd like to know the right way to do it.This watch is for a gift, and I would not hesitate to buy another one.

First let me say I am very happy with my purchase however I am going to give this one a 4 star mainly for the same reasons people have posted above.Pro(s):- Watch is amazing looking.- Nice feel in your hand.- Keeps good time so far and I love the fact it ticks just audibly enough to hear when you hold it to look at it.Con(s):- As others have stated time and again there are no instructions what so ever. Luckily the seller or someone set the time initially on the watch to my timezone and almost to the second with what my atomic synced cell phone shows. (granted this could be pure coincidence but..)- I only ordered one watch but as others have noted the watch box came in a larger Amazon shipping box and unlike any other amazon package I have ever received there was NO packing material whatsoever. None, Zip, Nill, Nada. There is foam in the smaller watch box but in my case the watch box was crushed on one side (even tho there were no other things in the amazon box) The item was unharmed as far as i can see but the internals must have taken quite a beating. Might be why some peoples stop working after a few weeks.Overall not a bad watch and I am happy with my purchase thus far. I will update this review if anything changes.

This is a elegant black steampunk watch with chain. I love the feel of it in my hand, not too light not heavy. It feels solid and sturdy. I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 15 year old son who loves pocket watches with chains. He likes to wear them because they make him feel well dressed and sophisticated. I know he'll love this with the steampunk design, black metal, and Roman numerals.The seller was really great too. I had received my order without a chain and reached out to the seller who quickly rectified the situation. So now my son has a watch and chain. I will definitely do business with this seller - Top-well - again for more watches in the future when the need arises.

I liked that it looked exactly like the picture. I liked that it was easy to adjust the time once i played with it a little bit and figured it out. i couldn't open it at first i had no idea how pocket watches worked my bad. But after playing with it a couple mins i clicked the top button and it popped open. and if you pull up the gear that spins then you can adjust to the time you desire. its easy to read if you can read analog. it clips on to my pants easily and discreetly. the chain is easily breakable. i am very careful when i have it on. and i look cool and different when i pull it out and check the time. I don't like to drain my phone battery which is why i got this watch. its work the ten bucks i paid. I didn't expect any more.

Was supposed to be a Christmas present but I could not wait to give it to my man. BUUUT he absolutely loved it ! Said it was the most "bad@#$ pocket watch" as we are very into the Roman numerals . He likes that he doesn't have to open it to see the time and it's very easy to set! Update it did quit working after 2 weeks I forgot about this

Product arrived on time in mint condition. Looks stylish, tells military and standard time. Time keeping is precise and constant, checked with my reference hourglass. And most importantly I love how I don't need to open the case to check the time in a hurry. I'm usually not too fond of electronic pocket watches because battery replacement turns into such a headache but this was easily worth it. 10/10 would recommend

This watch is good quality for the price. The chain is long enough. The color matches a myriad of clothing and looks good. The window on the front cover is great for quick checks of the time. Problems arise with the material, and the ring on top. Often times the wring, as you remove the watch from your pocket, hangs down in front of the cover, preventing you from opening the watch. The material, while looking quite presentable, feels like plastic. Also, the watch is very light and perhaps a little small. The ring is a much more annoying problem than the material, and the complaints are small. Overall the watch is great.

Great little pocket watch. The one I received had a crack in the face. But the company was prompt in solving this and replaced the item within two days. So, I'm very happy with this purchase.
