Mic not very effective
The mic does not seem to o be effective while using on laptops. The listeners often complain that they are not able to hear properly at the other end.

One can hear outside the earcups ... and amazon doesn’t even give option for return and refund product is useless coz sound from the ear cups interfere the mic
