Pirelli Night Dragon Rear Tire - 200/55-R17

Just had these tires installed yesterday (20Sep2013) on my 2009 Yamaha Stratoliner. Although the stock tire is supposed to be 190/60-R17, this tire fits perfectly, Lowers the center of balance of the bike ever so slightly, which is very welcome.Sled just wants to lean into turns now. She basically falls into turns with zero coaxing, which is so welcome compared to the seemingly spongy stock tires that were on the bike before.Overall, great purchase. Made in the same factory as the Metzler 880's, which have recently been removed from their website. You can still find the 880's around, but this tire should prove to be a similar (dare say better) replacement for the stock or 880's.Unfortunately, Metzler's 888's don't come in sizes for my bike currently, but the Night Dragons are a phenomenal tire that I will continue to buy.Finally, shop around. I found them cheapest on Amazon and managed to snag them both for $286 ($143 bucks a piece).

I bought this tire as a replacement/upgrade for my 2009 Yamaha Roadliner. Perfect fit and rides Sooooo much better than the standard OEM tire. Very happy with it so far. Road a little in the rain and it felt very solid. Turning is much crisper than the OEM which had flattened out.

Grips like a sport bike drags a little more though. Lol
