Item arrived damaged. There were holes in the package and the powder was all over the box. Yet, I was informed the item cannot be returned. I am very disappointed and feel that I have been cheated.

Was not made clear that this was only one packet of sauce mix. I assumed (my mistake) that at this price there would be at least 5 or more. Amazon should pay more attention to their sellers. Yes, me, too.
