Great product as helped me naturally with my knees and thanks for it I was able to play football again!!

I was having some hip- and knee-joint pain, and withing a few days of taking these capsules twice daily I found the pain was greatly reduced. After taking them for several weeks, my joints felt better than they had done in years. I have not made any other changes which might account for this improvement, so I have to think that it is the capsules working for me. I am now taking the capsules less frequently, but doing so if I feel any joint discomfort. It is important not to take them on an empty stomach, but a piece of toast or small snack is sufficient to help digest them.

I can’t comment much on whether these turmeric capsules have made a noticeable difference yet, but they haven’t had any negative effects. The tablets are a little large, so swallowing them might be tricky for some, but it’s not an issue for me. Overall, they seem like a good quality supplement if you’re looking to try turmeric with black pepper for enhanced absorption.

I am 81 , I have osteoporosis very painful, I am on morphine patches, but still have a lot of pain , i started to take these, hand on heart, the pain is almost gone, i can’t thank you enough I take two with breakfast, i feel so much happier in my self now, i can enjoy Christmas now thank you so much,

Seem to be one of the most effective supplements that I have

I have given this product 3 stars as I feel concerned. I've just started my 2nd bottle. I felt they were helping, even though they are a mare to swallow. (they are huge) I've had to stop as I was told that they are actually dangerous to take with certain prescription medication. Particularly the 2 medications I take. This should be mentioned BEFORE you put it in your basket. Google "Will Turmeric affect me with my prescription meds" Shame as turmeric is good for joints.

Arrived on time. There is no heavy smell and though quite large pills they are easy to swallow. I am giving these 5 stars now, which is quite soon after buying them however..... it could be a coincidence but the injury to the back of my knee (playing with the grand kids on the trampoline) which happened a few months ago, has miraculously improved . The swelling at the back of my knee has reduced which has now reduced the knee cap pain. I was in a lot of pain then took these the first day they arrived. I am now on day 5. I no longer have to wear my knee brace all the time or take pain relief every 2 hours through the day. I am not saying my knee and ligaments are back to normal as yet but I truly believe these has made the massive turn around in their recovery and the reduction of the swelling causing other problems with the knee. I will definitely be ordering again
