Q: What is the warranty on this product?

Thank you for your question and I would point out that the seller offers a 100% guarantee for this product BUT with something that is going to be used in different ways by any number of different buyer requirements and essentially subjected to a pounding by slippers/shoes/feet of differing sizes and force I don't see how the seller could provide a warranty. I have had mine for a while and use it daily and would still recommend it so you will have to make your own mind up on the 'warranty' question given the added Amazon buyer protection etc. And may I finally add that whilst I thank you for the question I was taught to say please when asking a question - it makes a response so much more pleasurable.
