Dr Butler Non-stick Silicone Mini Muffin & Cupcake Baking Pans, 12 Cups

To start with I received this product at a reduced price in order to do an unbiased and honest evaluation which this is. I make these as honest as I can based on my experience because I know how much I depend on the reviews when I am looking at different products. I am an old timer kinda cook and have been making cupcakes, muffins etc. for 50+ years and am kinda resistant to change when it comes to cookware. So here I go with my evaluation. Based on the Product description these do everything except walk on water!!! The construction is solid silicone. It is a little flimsy so I put it on a cookie sheet for stability just as a precaution. I did not use any kind of spray or oil when I cook in them so it was either going to meet the description or not and they stuck a little. The next time I did spray them with a oil spray and they worked much better with no sticking at all. The muffins were cooked all the way through and even though I had the silicone on a cookie sheet it did not burn them on the bottom like I was afraid of because of the added heat of the cookie sheet. I got the 12 cup version and they are a little smaller than I am used to but still a nice size. I will probabl;y get the 24 cup version so I can take them into the office for my mates. I like the small ones for a quick morning snack on the way to the office at 0400 before my cup of coffee. The silicone is easier to clean than anything I have ever cooked with. So as you can see I am sold on the silicone, even as an old time cook.

I ordered these to try after using individual silicone muffin liners that I love but hate washing because they take a little extra time. I thought these would wash faster which they do. I made banana choc. chip muffins in them and was really happy with how the muffins baked, slide right out after cooling about 5 mins. and how easy this was to wash out. NOTHING stuck so when they say non-stick they mean it. FYI I did spray them before use like I do all muffins/cupcakes liners/tins. My 3 year old son loves muffins but always leaves the liners laying around the house so I really like how I take the muffins out of the tin and have no liners to deal with and less garage for me to clean up. My only complaint is it is pretty flexible so you either have to put it on a cook sheet when baking ( that is what I did) or in one of your metal muffin tins if you are lucky enough that they match up. After using both the individual silicone muffin liners and the silicone tin I like them both equal. They each have pros and cons but I really like not have to deal with paper liners and LOVE how NOTHING sticks to them. If you like to reduce and reuse and not having to scrub hard to clean things out I would give them a try. I make muffins at least once a week and these will be one of the things I grab to do so from now on.

I really like this, non stick works...the only down fall, and the reason i gave 4 stars, is because its hard to pick up once your cake batter etc is in the pan. It would be much better if it actually came with a tray.I did have to use a tray the second time to stop stuff from spilling when picked up

This is a very good product. I love the fact that it is non-stick. Also, found it was very easy to clean. I'm crazy about red ... so LOVE the color. It seems the food cooked better in this muffin pan. It is light-weight, which made it easy to take in our RV for trips. I would recommend this item to all my family and friends.

THIS IS A GREAT ITEM,! Not only have i found it great for my baking needs, but I like to freeze eggs, bananas and etc. Where I use to have to wait for a container to thaw a bit to drop the frozen ingredients not a push on the bottom and ready to go. My only regret is I did not purchase a large one.

I purchased this silicone muffin pan to eliminate my sticking problem wih my metal pan and eiminate the need for cupcake liners. Works great....just as described. I may never use liners or a metal pan again. In fact i will probably purchase more of them!!

I cooked 3 batches of muffins in this today and they came out amazing! This cooked them all evenly and was so easy to clean! I will never go back to a metal pan again!

love this silicon mold than the metal pans. It cooks evenly. I'll have to get different sizes now. :)
