Work's for me
Despite a question above regarding an ATX PS fitting ...... it doesn't. It hits the MD by least and inch, not to mention the hole isn't big enough. Don't rely on answers from questions above.Drives fit a little snugly, but then again how often do you swap drives ??? Also these are NOT tooless cadddys despite what the description says. Not much room for a CPU cooler, but then again it's 2U .... what can you do ???No fuss -- no muss plugging in that SATA cables. Watch closely what connections your SATA card has. There's at least 2 styles, and they make cables to go between the 2.At the time of purchase the 3U version was not available, but after it was too late it became available, it did for ~$150 more, I would have bought that for expansion, but ohhhh wellll.I can't say anything about the rails as mine is on a shelf underneath my wall hung rack. All in all ..... I'll buy another one when I'm ready ($$$$) to build a backup target. It has combined 3 Qnaps into one zfs FreeNAS server. I'm quite happy. I could have saved a few $$$ buying a no-name from ebay. My only regret was not bein able to buy the 3U - 16 bay model.

Great case.
PSA: Verify your PSU fit compatibility. I bought a Silverstone recommended Silverstone GM800-2Ug PSU and there was no compatible bracket for it. I contacted Silverstone and after two months they custom manufactured a prototype bracket and sent it to me; PSU is now securely mounted but there's still an air gap. Hopefully they've got a fully working solution by now (This took place Jan - March 2020.)

Affordable but clumsy
This chassis did what I needed it to do, but it didn't come with rails (not that I expected it to) and for the life of me, I couldn't find a way to mount it on my rack shelves such that the screw holes on the ears lined up with the ones on the rack. The power supply situation is also pretty clumsy. First, you can't use one that has a fan on the bottom--it has to be on the rear. Even if you do get it mounted properly, the fan in the PSU moves air from rear to front, which is backwards.Second, because the PSU mounts in the front of the chassis, you better hope it's cables are long enough to reach all the way back to your board! I ended up just putting a SFF PSU in there unsecured. Sure, it kinda slides around in there, but I'm not taking my servers to LAN parties or anything, so it works for me.

Doesn't fit standard racking
They way they listed these products, they have all the reviews for about 10 different products thrown together. This is for the plain 2U ATX case. Construction is good, but the holes on the ear mounts don't fit a standard rack. It fits fine in 2U, but you have to offset it by a 1/4U to get 2 of 3 holes to line up... making it take up 3U. This case also says it's compatible with ATX PS/2 PSU, but unless something is wrong with mine, they are out of their mind. You need a SFX PSU for this case.I would give it 5 stars for the case itself if they weren't manipulating the ratings system, lying in product descriptions, and making their products non-standard. Silverstone makes great quality products.... they just make really stupid mistakes that cause major inconvenience.

Build quality is excellent. The Fans have optional headers and are hot swap-able which is a huge plus. I see several reviews reporting bad backplanes... make sure you are using the correct cables. I am using a reverse breakout cable with this chassis with no issues. I also recommend getting the rails that are compatible with this case as they make serviceability very easy.

Good quality rails
Good build quality, easy installation, fits great in my 23” depth rack. I used these rails along with the RM21-308 case.

Decent Prodcut, Poor Documentation
The backplane cannot be integrated with the motherboard for any thermal detection and/or PWM controls. This really is not so great as the desing of this product does not allow for great airflow for the rest of the board. The fans run at low RPM even though a passive Quadro NVS 290 is overheating violently. I can't find documentation providing instructions as to how to adjust the PWM from the PCB, nor can I locate a cable that bridges a PWM fan to the motherboard. A chassis intrusion cable is advertised on the product's website; however, I cannot find a way to acquire said device and the documentation is really poor for this product.Silverstone, if you read this please work on fixing the documentation or providing a pinout for the 25+ pin header on the PCB if this is the location for this. I'd gladly make my own cable but i have no clue what each pin does.
