Foot Neuropathy Machine (FSA or HSA Eligible) - Electronic Pulse Acupuncture for Feet Circulation - Electrical Foot Reflexology to Relax Tired Feet Ankles & Pain Relief, Swelling & Reduce Leg Cramps

We bought this OSITO EMS/EPT/TENS Foot Machine for my 85 year-old mother who suffers from neuropathy in her feet and ankles. She has lost a lot of feeling in her ankles and feet over the past 5 years, and her feet are painful when she gets in bed. She’s often unable to fall asleep because of the pain. We have not found any treatments besides topical nerve blockers that help, but she has to reapply them frequently during the night and they do not fully alleviate the pain. ENTER the OSITO Foot Machine!! While it took her a little time to “dial in” a regiment that works, she discovered that if she uses the machine right before going to bed, she doesn’t have the night time pain and is falling asleep right away. Hallelujah!!! She has found her perfect settings: For two 25-minute sessions in the evening, she sets the MODE on 25 (best for neuropathy according to the booklet), the SOLE intensity on 30 (it goes to 99), and the BODY intensity on 90 (using the TENS gel pads on her ankles – see below for more on how she uses the TENS). She initially ramped the SOLE intensity up too high and felt some discomfort in her groin area. But after ramping back down and paying attention to how she felt and the results she was getting, she’s dialed it in. She also experimented with just using the TENS pads, but found that using the SOLE feature (having her feet ON the device) was essential. She wasn’t getting relief from the TENS alone, so we are very happy we invested in this OSITO machine so she could get the maximum benefit for her feet and ankles!! Of course, regarding intensity, everyone will find different levels that work for them, but at age 85, she has figure out the ideal settings to relieve her pain. All of this in less than four weeks! The bonus for my husband and I is that because of COVID we have not been at her home to help her with the device and she has not needed the help. I selected OSITO’s “upgraded” unit because there was more intensity for neuropathy and the unit looked like it would be easier to operate (which was key). My mom easily figured it out on her own!! She says that the device is very sturdy and high quality. The handle makes it easy for her to store it under a side table and then pull it out when she uses it. There is a remote, but she doesn’t need it. She just reaches down and presses the three buttons to adjust the settings. She says the control panel display lights up and is very easy to see and navigate. My mom is a shoe size 9.5 and the foot area is perfect for her. RE: the TENS, my mom has used the same TENS gel pads for 3 weeks and estimates she’ll change them out (replace with new ones) each month. We will order replacement pads to keep her going after Month Two. There are four TENS pads total and the machine provides for using two at a time. However, my mom read that if you are using both TENS at the same time, they should be on the same ‘limb’, so she decided to do TWO 25-minute sessions so she can get 25 minutes of TENS on each ankle. She feels that she could split a single 25-minutes session into using the TENS for 12-13 minutes per ankle, but at night before bed she reads or watches TV, so the extra session is easy for her to do. While the timer is for 25 minutes, the manual indicated that the machine could be used longer, with no cautionary limits cited. Finally, we selected this specific Seller because they offered a free 30--day trial period and a two-year warranty. Most other sellers did not do this. And I emailed the Seller with questions and they were very responsive. SUPER happy with the OSITO device and the customer service from this Seller.

Well I received this on July 3rd and so far I am very pleased with it. It is easy to operate, and all the functions are working properly. I have used it several times each day, while watching TV. I have peripheral neuropathy and using this seems to relax my feet and increase the circulation in my feet and legs. I haven't used the body portion yet (gel pads to enjoy the body massage and relieve muscle pain) only the feet portion. I also love the handheld remote control for easier operations. The colorful LCD Screen is great for a clearer display. I will give another update later when I use the gel pads to enjoy the body massage.

I have painful neuropathy in both lower legs and feet and this little machine is really powerful at stimulating my entire lower legs, ankles, and feet. It has a large variety of strengths and settings (modes of stimulation feelings) which I love to adjust for my pain and sensations. Lasts 25 minutes for a cycle (can turn off whenever you want) with no heat - which is good cause heat hurts my nerves more. Easy to use and has a remote control or base control. I haven’t used the body TENS unit yet as my focus is on the lower legs. Worth the investment as acupuncture costs a fortune and just flared me up worse and didn’t help me. Wish this little (and light weighing too) machine permanently got rid of my pain, but I’ll take whatever relief I can get and this helps immensely for now! It’s quiet too, not a vibrator or massager - it’s like a TENS stimulator, so careful if you want those things, this can be put on a very mild setting though and is a great distractor for my kind of needle, burning type pain. May help with numbness - my friend has that and thinks it helps her, but I personally don’t know.

The product was purchased to address neuropathy in my feet and legs. The product works as stated in its promotional material and provides relief from pain, numbness and tingling. It is light-weight, easy to use, operates with different modes and intensity and provides heat to the source of pain. While the modes and intensity can be controlled on the device itself, it also includes a remote control. Although the product is not cheap, it is worth the money.

I am returning mine for a few reasons. One is that says it is battery operated. The only thing with a battery (not included) was the remote. This comes with a power cord that is on the short side. I couldn't feel anything no matter what setting I had it on. What they don't say (at least I didn't see it) is that you have to soak your feet for at least a half hour before using this. Be careful if you are elderly and have thinner skin. The pads are real sticky and may mark the skin. I am on warfarin so left some bruising. Please do your research before buying. The one major plus to this. I am on the bigger side so this was easy for my feet to rest on comfortably.

I just received this foot and body massager and I have to tell you I have been very impressed with it’s functioning. It is very comfortable and nd effective in both moods. No noise and no hard vibrations just a very effective way of making your feet and body relax. Very happy with my decision to get it.

After using it for a few days, I will say the foot therapy base works very well. Very strong. And I can feel the effects all the wat up to my knees. The body pads, on the other hand, are very weak, and don't provide much therapy.

Perfect for my neuropathy. There are additional pads you can hook up to it that work as a TENS unit. It’s sturdy but very light. Easy to carry in to work with me. The pulses have multiple modes to choose from for different speeds and pressure. Worth every penny.

This is an amazing product! I bought it for my mother who has very poor circulation in her legs due to suffering 2 strokes. She loves it! There are 25 modes & each one does a different method of circulation. Highly recommend this!

Having owned a different brand a few years ago I knew exactly what to expect It does what it claims. It uses electrical impulses doesn't work well on dry or calloused feet. So if you don't want to soak your feet use a little bit of moisturizing cream if you need.

I had an issue and the company store fixed the issue for me.. I have been using this twice a day on my feet, haven't used the pads yet, but I do feel improvement in my feet.. the first day I felt nothing. I had the setting up to 99 and still nothing I didn't think it worked so asked my daughter to check it.. Yep my feet and legs are that bad, I can't feel much anymore due to Neuropathy.. I do this twice a day, and now at day 5, I can feel it in the back of my left leg and just starting to feel it in my right leg, and the setting is around 45 .. so I know this is doing something

works okay, feet pad hard plastic but my size 15 wide feet fit arch pads okay, toes past pad but more comfortable than other 2 brands I have tried. would have given 4+ stars but unit I recieved had been used before and returned then shipped to me, I know as center plate over screen was not in place, in fact was loose in box, no battery for remote, and return slip still inside box.
