I purchased this cushion in the hope that it will give me some relief from the pain in the bottom of my back and numbness in my pelvic area caused by pressure when seated. It does help a lot and it makes you sit more upright which is better for your back

Firm and comfortable
This donut-shaped cushion is made of good quality material and feels sturdy. It’s firm and keeps its shape well. Moreover, its softness and design allow me to not only sit on it comfortably but also maintain good posture while sitting.

What a relief!!.. literally!!!
The cushion really helped when I needed it most, but after a couple of weeks i feel it has lost some of its "bounce back" it originally had. Would still recommend to anyone in pain that needs to sit for long durations.
