Good quality , really eases pain from sprain , good supplier

Really impressed. I’ve used much more substantial supports over recent years due to damaged ligaments. I was apprehensive about downgrading the level of support but this has been great. Much easier to put on and far less bulky so fits in the running shoe much better too. Feels very supportive and is very secure. I wear over the sock as otherwise the edges do rub at the skin. Machine washable after a fell run without any loss of Velcro grab.

Bitvtricky to understand exactly how to attach this to your ankle but really good once you gave done that. Has really supported my achilles. Would buy again. Comfy when on. Well designed

Took a while (and a few YouTube vids) to work out how to use it. Supportive and comfortable but sometimes one of the seams irritates my foot.

Great product, meets my needs, seems like a fair price. I've only used it a few times so far, so I won't comment on durability. I broke my ankle 3 years ago and have since experienced some pain with running or on long hikes and walks. Since using this ankle brace, I was delighted to find no pain during or after a few long runs. Makes me feel much better about jogging in rainy weather and on uneven ground.

I took up the "couch to 5k" challenge during the first lockdown last summer. Around week 5 I developed an ankle/foot injury which put an abrupt stop to my running. I think it was a combination of issues - plantar fasciitis and a weakness in my achilles tendon. The discomfort lasted months and was worse first thing in the morning. So I stopped all exercise. In January this year (around the start of the current lockdown restrictions), I tentatively tried re-starting the "couch to 5k" challenge... by week 2 the familiar morning pains had started up again! So I put the running on pause and searched for an ankle support in the hope that this might help. I settled on this one after reading the reviews (I paid £7.99). I didn't want to throw too much more money at something that I wasn't sure would even solve the issue! So, it is easy to use and you have to experiment a bit on how tight you fasten it. I can comfortably wear it inside my usual trainers - but they are laced and I had to wear that trainer slightly less tightened. I'm not sure how well it would work if you don't have the option to adjust your trainer fastening (ie. slip ons). I have run regularly every week for the last 3 months and not had a single problem with my ankle as a result of wearing this support! The only issue I have with it, is that it is (as others have said) starting to come apart at the seam of the elastic already. That said, I would probably buy it again if the price was right. I am very grateful to have found something that enables me to carrying on running!

Vlak voor mijn vakantie kwam ik erachter dat ik een gebroken enkel had. Helaas kon ik pas na mijn vakantie in de bergen bij het ziekenhuis terecht. Ik had 2 braces besteld deze en de uitvoering met veter. Deze zitten echt perfect geven steun en heb geen last van mijn enkel tijdens het lopen. Kans bestaat hiermee wel dat je hem te zwaar belast. Past gewoon in je schoen en irriteerd niet zoals het tape van de fysio, dat ik er na 1 dag al weer af had. Echt een aanrader.

I purchased these Bodyprox ankle support braces for a bad ankle that has been swelling and giving me a lot of pain, especially at night. I purchased the 2-pack so I would always have an extra brace if needed. These braces arrive nicely packaged. They come in a handy resealable bag for storage. Included is a small instruction sheet with clear photos to show you how to put on the brace. It is not completely intuitive, but once you see how it’s done it is easy to wrap the braces on. The material used for this brace is thick and sturdy. There is a large Velcro strip sewn into the end of the material to secure the wrap in place. It holds very securely. The material is somewhat stretchy, so you can adjust how tightly you want to wrap the brace for stability. As soon as I put on the ankle brace I could feel immediate pain relief. It works great to relieve pain, prevent swelling, and add stability to my ankle. The material in the braces and their build quality is medical grade. These are far better than using an ACE wrap that you might buy at the drugstore. They can be worn under a sock and with shoes. I had a problem with the Velcro fastener on one of the braces. I contacted Bodyprox by email (they provide contact information with the product), and they responded very quickly to my issue and expedited a shipment of a replacement brace. One could not ask for better customer service. If you are needing an ankle brace for either a medical issue or support for sports, these Bodyprox ankle support braces are really great. They are high quality, very affordable, and are supported by outstanding customer service. You will not be disappointed if you buy them.
