NRS Healthcare Walking Frame (Wheeled) N73247 Adjustable Height - small (Eligible for VAT relief in the UK)

Product is good but the service from the supplier is poor.Received the frame with only one glide shoe in the box.I tried to get them to send me a replacement and the initially said they would wjhen they came in stock again. However a month later no sign of the part. Contacted them again and they said we cannot supply you the part you have to send it back to Amazon.This is very inconveinent given the size of the package and the and wasteful for such a small part.

This is an excellent product but like many other reviewers mine arrived with only one slider, so my old mum has to lift the legs over carpet sometimes. If the vendors would have supplied both sliders I would have given 5 stars.

This is the second one of these walkers I have bought from Amazon, they are brilliant

Light weight and easy to use. Perfect for our need. One problem - only one Glide Cup was included and have been trying to obtain a second via drive medical without success .MONDAY 21ST HAVE STILL NOT BEEN ABLE TO OBTAIN SECOND GLIDE CAP FOR WALKER WHICH WAS MISSING FROM ORIGINAL DELIVERY. IF A SMALLER PRODUCT WLD HAVE RETURNED.WHOLE ITEM.
