Been taking these for a week and they have really helped my digestion a lot. Am hooked now so will keep using them. Good value for money and don't cause me any stomach upset. My food is getting digested better. No bloating.

Just restart taking HCL last time I was taking just one a day but this didn't help.. Have read a few books that say you need many more than one a day. Now will try using more than one a day to see if this improves my chroniccondition ...Now been using for a month have started to see an improvement.. needed to use more than recommended, have been following Dr Eric Berg youtube on low stomach acid plus what else you need to take to correct it, found him to be extremely helpful...

Easy to take, vegan-friendly supplement. Didn't really notice improved digestion though.

Ive been using these for a month now and they don't work. I've used a couple of different brands, and despite the fact that these contain way more betaine hcl than others, they do absolutely nothing apart from make me feel even more bloated and uncomfortable. I will be going back to the Solgar brand, they are extremely effective and work immediately. Even the Holland & Barrett enzymes work way better than these and it has 1/4 betaine hcl less than this.
