Outstanding warranty and customer service
Top Marks! After nearly 12 months of use the unit failed and stopped hearing. As Amazon has only a 30day returns policy, I emailed the seller.2 days later I received a new and fully working replacement.Customer service does not come any better than that. πππ

Trash.
Absolute garbage, waste of money. I bought one of these heaters, used it for less then 24 hours in my tank and the plastic at the top cracked causing the LED screen to stop working entirely and it also caused the fuse box to trip. Don't buy this product, buy something else twice the price because you'll only end up needing a replacement for this one anyway.

Nice looking heater
Great value for money, I really like the digital display on it too. At first I had some trouble with it displaying the 3I display, but learned eventually it does that when the water level is too low. This heater likes to be entirely submerged to work properly.

Had 2, both broken
The first one worked for 2 days, then the thermostat broke and it was saying 22 when the actual temperature was 29. Luckily I was only cycling this tank and happened to check the temperature. The second one arrived and it kept flashing between E1 and the actual temperature, which indicates a lack of water. I tried several orientations and all at least 8 inches under the water, but it just didn't work.

Cheap Heater - faulty on this occasion
Had one previously worked for year or so, but new one lasted a night took out and noticed hairline fracture in the top casing where power line goes in luckily it never electrocuted my fish.Gone back to trusted brand Fluval

Waste of money.
Bought as a replacement, plugged in and turned on, after less than 15 minutes all the lights went out, would't respond to controller, completely dead. Now trying to keep our fish alive while we wait for a better heater to arrive.
