Sure Care Absorbent Adult Pull-on Underwear

I've searched for an undergarment that did NOT have a rough edging on the leg holes and finally I've found this brand. There is soft extra material that extends past the leg hole and protects my inner thighs from scratching and irritation. (Some other brands like Depends are so irritating, the scratches actually bleed!).Although these are very light-weight protection (not suitable for overnight wear), they are not bulky and look alright under clothing for daytime wear and do not scratch while walking or sitting.

These worked well. Could be more protected.

The fit, the ruffles, every time I wake up I have to urinate so I can’t make it to the bathroom. It leaks out but the pull up Protects it, absorbs the liquid and the protection. It is a good underwear.

This underware suppose to be extra absorbency but not as good overnight. If you have light flow they are great.

The product is not as absorbent as most "extra" as expected. It's actually a normal absorbency.You have to figure out the front and back as there is no indication on the pull up like most.

These fit my sibling with special needs semi-well. The only concern is that they don't really say how much liquid they hold, as my parents are looking for an overnight type of wetness control. They say "Plus" on the package, but the listing title says "EXTRA" Absorbency... not really sure what "extra" means when they also have one that has even more absorbency than this one. I haven't tried the other one as of yet, because it only has 12 nighttime panties vs the 14 that is in this one.

I buy these for my 95 yr old mother. They last her through the night. They have great stretch, easy to deal with and soft. I have tried about 6 different products and found these the best for our purpose.

They work great.
