Love It
I have carried Barlow knives since my grandfather gave me one over 50 years ago. They seem to hold their edge well. I inevitably seem to break them when I use them for something other than cutting. Both of my sons have them and when they are a little older, so will my grandsons.

Good looking little blade
Nice little Barlow I thought, heavy , nice quality finish on the bone scales with classic brass pins each shining with newness, then I proceeds to unfold the blades. sorry, spell-check is on They were as dull as dull could be, no attempt to finish the edge at all. Then I saw the stamp Pakistan on one of the blades and figured that I would be spending in time sharpening if the steel was worth it) to even attempt a sharpening at all. Well, thank God I've got plenty of other blades worthy of my attention. Sometimes you win while collecting knives and other times you do not, this time Pakistan won. Oh well , looks great from a distance.

Worst build quality I've seen
This one had "Pakistan" stamped on the larger blade. The really sloppy parts fit was partly concealed by some dark goopy filler around the resulting gaps. Additionally the assembly was full of grit which made the blade rotation really rough. There's no fixing this one without a complete rebuild. Fortunately it was cheap though not THAT cheap. NOT recommended.
