Great little simple easy to program delay relay in a plastic case
Love this little delay relay. Has so many operating modes. I needed a device that could trigger off a negative signal when my car door is opened for a Siren. This device triggers off a negative or positive signal. I programmed the delay to be on for 5 mintues and is retriggerable. Perfect device and so inexpensive. Could not have found a better one and comes in a plastic case that is easy to mount.

Works Great
Worked Well for a DIY Spot Welder controlling a Re-Wound Microwave Transformer.

A good useful timer
Works well, easy to use. I combined this with a the Drok signal generator. This timer controls the output of the signal generator to provide a timer controlled signal of a programmable frequency.I only wish it would also allow it to be set as number of hours.Currently the maximum setting is 9,999 minutes which is only 166.65 hours. A minor issue, otherwise it is perfect for my needs!

It works but man is it confusing
As others have said the instructions leave a lot to be desired but I can at least share my experience with it.I have an el34 tube amp in may garage that puts out some serious wattage. It’s hooked up to an aiyima t8 Bluetooth/ preamp. When the aiyima shuts down it sends a decent spike to the amp and speakers making a loud speaker destroying pop. I have everything hooked up to a smart plug so everything shuts off at the same time. This isn’t a problem with solid state as much because solid state is on or off unless they have some crazy capacitance. Tube stuff doesn’t shut right down since the tubes are still hot and flowing whatever is left in the capacitors. What I needed was something that would delay the preamp shutdown until the tube amp is completely powered down. There are 9 modes on this thing. What are they? I have no clue the instructions are very poorly translated but you can kind of guess. I can really only speak for mode 8. Mode 8 starts a shutdown timer when voltage is lost at the signal input which is inside the timer box. I’m using a usb power supply for the trigger which would be considered a high signal. So I have it set to mode 8 at 20 seconds. When the usb looses power (connected to the same switch) the timer starts counting down and then opens the relay for the 12v (plugged into constant power) that sends power to the preamp. It works as it should.A few notes. The instructions say when it displays “out” that the relay is open. This is the opposite, the relay is closed when “out” is displayed. There are 2 options for relay status, CL and OP. I believe they mean close and open but I don’t know if they mean normally open or open after the trigger is there. You can change where the decimal point is for the timer by holding one of the buttons which makes it more confusing. There is also no plug for the trigger connections but I found something that worked you could also solder to the pins. I found that reading the instructions to the best of my ability and experimenting worked the best but

Works as advertised.
I need a way to control the grid heater on a pickup that I swapped a cummins into. This works great for controlling how long the heater runs and I can adjust run time easily for different weather conditions. Directions were straight forward.

no problems
relay and timer easy to program/activate. works 24/7 so far to activate a water pumping system i built. recommend.

Too light duty
The unit worked well for about 30 days continuous operation and then failed completely. Just not a robust enough unit for continuous use.

Instructions are pretty poor
I like that it was cheap. It can do lots of things, but the way to Learn is to read the sheet and then push buttons to understand what he meant. So, setup takes a while. I don't like: the paper says that you need a different part to connect the remote trigger, not included; but it doesn't tell you what part. you have to crack the cover to find out. that wastes time. (it's a xh-3p-female). I don't like the fact that it has no warranty. I bought two of them, and if one has problems, i'll depend upon the good graces of the seller to replace it, or just buy another one. I am making the single press of a pushbutton to activate two separate devices, one for 3 seconds and one for 3 minutes. two of these in parallel works great!
