You don’t have to swallow them since they are chewable gummies. Great for the immune system and very effective in reducing time sickness and preventing colds. The taste is great. Better to not take on an empty stomach. Worth the price.

My kiddos like the flavor, but they say they are hard to chew. I tried them and they are pretty tasty! I can see how they are hard to chew, but they aren’t super bad. Hoping they boost their immune systems!! Lots of sickness going around.
