Core Power comes in a variety of flavors: Chocolate, Vanilla, Honey, and Strawberry Banana. I purchased the Vanilla flavor, and it is incredible. It goes down so smooth, and is delicious to the last drop. Here is what I’ve found in the few weeks of using the product after workouts, and have even found a few other uses for the product. I have once again started my workouts after a brief hiatus, and I would have expected there to be some normal aches and pains from not having been active for a little while. Yes, those aches and pains are there, but what is great, is after my workouts, I’ve cracked open a Core Power, felt refreshed and replenished, and the following day, I feel absolutely great!! No Joke!! There is very limited aches and pains, and my muscles have felt great and ready to do more. It is a feeling I hadn’t had for a while. Usually, it takes a day or two to recover, but that recovery period has shrunk since introducing Core Power to my recovery routine. Also, I have found since Core Power is a high protein drink, I’ve used it a few times in the morning as a meal substitute, and it has been able to fill me up just fine, which I find nice with my schedule being so hectic these days. It is a very reliable product for me in that sense. I am so happy that I’ve been able to work with Core Power, and I am so proud to say that they will be my product of choice when it comes to my recovery from workouts. I can’t wait to try the Strawberry Banana and Honey Flavored Drinks! I would like to again thank Core Power for their great service and product, and making me a true believer in it.

Fairlife Core Power 26g Protein Milk Shakes have proven to be a lifesaver during a time when maintaining proper nutrition was challenging. These shakes emerged as an excellent meal replacement, particularly when I found myself lacking an appetite due to medication. The substantial 26g of protein in each shake not only provides a satisfying and filling experience but also ensures that my body receives the essential nutrients it needs. The convenience of having a nutrient-packed option in the form of a delicious shake is a game-changer for busy mornings or when appetite is compromised. The taste is enjoyable without being overly sweet, and the texture is smooth, making it a pleasant experience with every sip. The portability of the shakes is an added bonus, allowing me to have a reliable source of nutrition on the go.

Amazon really needs to reorganize these reviews, as quite a few of them are misleading now. In 2019, Fairlife switched the sweeteners in this product from natural ones (cane sugar and honey) to artificial ones (sucralose, monkfruit). Most people were okay with this, but many people can't tolerate the artificial sweeteners. After enough feedback, Fairlife now sells *both* versions. The 14oz bottles (26g protein/6g sugar) uses the new formulation, the 11.5oz bottles (26g protein/26g sugar) still uses the original formulation. If you see this product on the shelves at your grocery, that's the 14oz bottles with the artificial sweeteners. But if you order the 11.5oz bottles here, you're ordering the version with natural sweeteners and 26g sugars. As far as I can tell, Fairlife only sells the "old" version through Amazon--I haven't been able to find it anywhere else. Having said that, I cannot tolerate the artificial sweeteners, and this is the best protein shake I've found that my digestive system can tolerate. Amazon often sells out of this product, so stock up when you can! Edit (April 2022): BE VERY CAREFUL if buying these from a third party and not directly from Amazon -- many of them are unaware of the differences so will send you the 14oz bottles instead. :-(

I'm just getting into weight lifting again, and a major problem I was having the last time I did it consistently was that my recovery times seemed extremely slow. I could be sore for three or more days after a workout. So this time I thought I would try a protein drink, and I wanted something pre-mixed to make it as easy as possible. I'll let almost anything turn into an obstacle to keep me from working out and I'm sure others can relate. Having these sitting in the fridge has actually been a great reminder to exercise. I haven't tried other brands, but I heard great things about Core Power drinks and I have to agree with the consensus. These taste good, without a weird aftertaste or much chalky residue. They seem to have helped my recovery times quite a bit as well, as I've been able to work out more frequently than in past experience. Side note, I don't know why people are freaking out about artificial sweeteners in other reviews. The four main ingredients in the pack I bought are milk, cane sugar, honey, and cocoa, with some enzymes and vitamins at "less than 1%". Anyway, I'm probably going to be using these for a long time to come and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants a convenient and healthy post-workout drink.

I bought these as I love them but have been having a hard time finding in store. I hadn’t realized when I ordered these it was slightly different that those I buy in store. These are pretty high in sugar. Usually they are quite low, but for some reason what I received was higher. Same protein, same calories, but high sugar. Because of my glucose tolerance I couldn’t drink this. However I was easily able to give them to someone else. They are still delicious.
