The adhesive works great.
I find this are just what I needed. I use adhesive strengthing wipes too make sure they stick. And they stay for the whole 10 days. I like that the producers made a part of the paper that is against the back, to stay and cover the sensor. When removing after the 10 days, there is no adhesive on the transmitter or sensor. This patch allows me to shower without worrying my sensor will peal off early. I have these on my subscribe and save.

Wonderful product!
These work better than any other Dexcom covers we’ve tried! They really stick and don’t tend to roll up on the sides even after multiple days of use. My husband works in the heat and sweats and these covers stay right in place. Will definitely be purchasing again!

Great product!
By far the best sports adhesive I've found and I've tried quite a few. This is an excellent product. Lasts through showers and even swimming. Highly recommend.

It just doesn't work
I wanted to try this product to protect my G6 over the summer because I'm very active outdoors and I wanted to keep the transmitter clean and dry. I had a 15 year career involving skin and wound care and know how to prep skin to make sure adhesive properly sticks. I've tried the patch in two different locations (the first patch came off partially and was actually holding water against my skin in the little pocket it made, so I had to remove the sensor and all 4 days after application because while it didn't stick to my skin, it stuck to the adhesive fabric around the sensor and tore the whole thing off, so out $100 there plus the price of the patches) and have even shaved the areas where I use it, despite having no body hair there in hopes that maybe I'd be removing any dry or dead skin cells that might make the adhesive less effective. I don't have oily skin and haven't been sweating, swimming, or doing anything involving debris or dirt. The first time I took a shower wearing one, it basically reacted to water like a soggy fabric bandaid and took most of the evening to dry out. I hoped for better results and tried a second patch with the new sensor I had to insert in a different location, but last night after 5 days had to remove the patch because the edges had all peeled up at least half an inch and were getting caught on clothing, which I thought would make the situation worse. I will say, this time the sensor and transmitter were still dry, but I was a little surprised by the actual design of the patch, which just leaves part of the paper you peel off in the center as a barrier so it won't stick to the transmitter. It crinkles a lot and feels very much like if you taped a bandaid wrapper to your skin. I ended up using tiny nail scissors to snip away the patch around the outside edges of the sensor's fabric adhesive area to try to preserve the sensor, because come on. The patch won't stick to my skin, but will stick to itself and the actual sensor's adhesive fabric. I'll stick to the Dexcom over patches they'll send you in the mail for free and try to figure something else out for summer activities. Wish me luck.

Mixed feelings
Like others have written, I wish I could say that I loved this product. It does serve its purpose, which is to help keep my Sensor attached to my body and less of a chance of ripping off. It's sort of a material Feel. It does not go on as smoothly as I would like it to, there always seems to be ripples when applying it to the skin. I can't get it to sit smoothly. I think the idea is to Maybe take scissors and make a slice In the tape so that you won't get a bulge or a ripple. Anyways I think it needs a little bit more work and then I could probably sell it.... But if you're like me and you're slightly accident prone lol this may provide some extra support to your sensor.

I have come to depend on these for mostly-worry-free sensor protection
I use Dexcom and have had no less that 4 sensors accidently scrapped off since I started the system, by brushing against doorways, unconscious scratching in my sleep, etc. Dexcom claims they will provide their own versions of these, but you have to actively request them directly from the company rather than Dexcom providing them in the packaging with the sensors. And the few times I have tried to request them from the company, they never showed up.I came across Not Just A Patch by accident and took a chance after having scraped yet another sensor off by accident and ending up having to wait >week for my prescription to renew the next month's allotted sensor order. I can honestly say that not only have I not had another accidental tear-off after using the patches, but I have found them to be pretty reliable to maintaining adhesion during the 10 day stint that my sensors are attached. Not 100%, but enough to give comfort of mind. And I have had little to no skin reaction to the adhesive, nor the length of time the adhesive is attached. That is pretty impressive given my skin sensitivity. My only cringe is the price for a section of sticky plastic mesh. I mean, in the grand scheme of things, I amtolerating paying $1 a patch for the comfort-of-mind and lack of skin reaction, but it still seems kind of high for what is essentially a large non-sterile band aid. But I will keep buying them and be thankful for them, because sensors are expensive!

Highly recommend
I decided to try these, despite close to half the reviews being less than favorable. I am so glad I did. I have a Dexcom G6 monitor and it fits over it beautifully. It was easy to put on and, even though I forgot I was wearing it in the shower and rubbed over it with the washcloth, and the towel afterwards, the edges did not lift up. I was also worried that the adhesive would be a problem since I do have a problem with adhesive is not sticking and/or causing a rash on my skin and sensitivity. These have given me no problems whatsoever. Most of the time I forget, it’s even there. I was a bit worried based on the comments that I did up using more than one cover for application of monitor, but that is not the case. The patch stays on tightly and is easy to get off by using an alcohol wipe, as I lift it up and swipe. That’s necessary anyway to clean my skin afterwards. if I could give these 10 stars I would. I Purchased the skintone ones.
