Strong phone
Was very happy with the durability of the Kyocera. This time the phone was durable and didn't end up breaking as other phones do, however, this time the whole phone disappeared probably left on the vehicle and drove off losing it. Bad habit with phones. Use a holster, clip it on lol

Its OK
Second Kyocera I've bought. I buy them because they are rated for hazardous area. Big plus if you work in the oilfield or mining industries. Class I- Div II. Love that they work with Verizon now. Battery life isn't the greatest. Might make a day if I dont use it much. Get into heavy usage and I need to charge a couple times a day. Its only 4G so I cant utilize the latest 5G network. 5G is available on the latest model but the reviews were bad on the new model. Find the phone starts acting quirky after a week. Reboot usually helps. Phone is rugged! Everyone asks where I got the phone case. No case - just one bad a$$ phone. It's no bigger than any other phone with a case on it. Dropped it a lot. Dents and dings all over and its still working. No cracks in the screen yet but I'm smart enough to keep it turned in while its in my pocket. Speaker has decent sound.

Phone was sent defective-Hard to believed it was checked beforehand
The phone looked fine, turned on fine, and hooked up with Verizon. The problem was that the microphone only worked in speaker mode. This is, I believe, a common problem with these phones. Interestingly, they made no effort to see if it could be fixed, reset or replaced. Just return for a full refund...... Disappointed. I also requested a replacement, told none available yet site shows 10 available for sale. Figure that out.

This thing is Simply Amazing!!
This thing is amazing , dropped it several times now and it's perfect. It's basically bomb proof without purchasing a hundred dollar otterbox and another 30 dollar screen protector right out of the box , I think a few of them 1500 dollar phones I see people flaunting about every second of the day like a status symbol should take some pointer's on how to build a virtually unbreakable cell phone . The screen is hard as a rock , I've stuffed it in my pocket against my key's and it has zero scratches, dropped it on the cement at work and it's not even fased it. You want to listen to music in the shower no problem take it there with you! This is the last phone one would ever need and the wireless charging technology is amazing ,5 ⭐'s is definitely not enough !! Thank you very much for this cell ,best purchase ever!;

Tough phone , holds up to vibration.
Tough phone, use it on my KLR handle bar mount for GPS. The vibration does not destroy it like it did to my IPhone camera.

Great battery, relatively fast, very durable, camera lens and fingerprint reader are terrible
Overall I really like this phone. It's very durable (except the camera lens which I was able to shatter almost immediately.) It's a huge upgrade over the old Duraforce phone and just about everything is better in one way or another. My complaints: - The camera sucks, especially in the dark. Might as well be using a potato. Pictures always come out grainy. - The camera lens is very susceptible to damage and the part to replace it is very hard to find. - The fingerprint reader is awful!!!!! It either doesn't work at all or works too well and unlocks the phone in your pocket or worse yet, factory resets the phone in your pocket because of too many failed attempts. I tried everything to fix this and ended up just disabling it completely and have had no more issues... too bad, it was very convenient to unlock with a fingerprint.

Renewed .... Reused
Soo upon unpacking first thing I noticed was dust and dirt realizing instantly they don't even wipe these things down ... Kinda gross and surprising with sanitary practice being the hip new thing and all. There is signs of wear which I understand it's used not holding anyone to that the screen. Well it wasn't cracked or anything I've noticed the digitizer is failing especially towards the bottom of the screen .. you know where the keyboard usually is .... totally thrilled about that too and the battery is .... useable I'm not confident I'd rate it at the 80% mark but perhaps in the 70's over all it seems soild feel and weight go good in the hand along with size the screen is a little smaller then what some people may used to but I like it ..fits in a pants pocket comfortably wireless charging is Handy and I've some how dropped it probably around 20 times ....I often wonder if it's attracted to the ground but it holds up well system randomly lags and is very slow in response time and handling tasks which is strange for I haven't downloaded any apps yet besides capital one and my bank app. Finally price ..well I guess if it fully worked I would say price is fair. I'm not sure if I would order another renewed phone after seeing the lack of care in any sort of refurbishing process if there is one other then the obvious... Reset throw in box ship

Good for what we needed
Husband is really hard on phones the screen size is decent for a basic phone, it switched over to his number easily and was unlocked the battery life is kind of bad but for him it works well because of the durability the phones quality is pretty great he hasn't broken it yet! It's been a while now!
