Can this tool break car glass during an accident in water?

It’s very difficult to break a car window. In an emergency you might not have the room to generate enough force even with a hammer. I keep a RES Q ME tool on a carabiner on my turn signal arm along with a STORM whistle. You need both nearby in case the car rolls over securing them to your steering column will mean that they’re always within an arms length. The RES Q ME will pop a car window and cut the seatbelt and The whistle is a high decibel and can be used under water and heard for very long distances.

I think it came in a box (not very substantial). I would copy the picture & uses off the internet. No instructions that I can remember.

How do I receive a user manual or instuction sheets? I bought these cool tools for several girls

There are no instructions that I know of. Please note that the tools are metric. It is pretty much like any other wrench/screwdriver. Look at the size of the bolt/nut and try to match it with one of the wrench holes/sockets. A bit of trial and error. If nothing fits properly the item could be "standard" not metric or out of the size range.
