This has made my sourdough boules look much more professional and beautifully shaped. The lame is great, and I've been able to do decorative and functional slashing much better than with a kitchen knife. I haven't had much luck with the stencils, but I think that is user error. It would be great to have some instructions or a video tutorial on how to use them. A great kit, worth waiting for the longer delivery time.

Most items in the kit look great and seem sturdy. I'll have to see how they stand the test of time, but first impressions are really positive. I love the wooden handles on the dough mixer and the scoring lame holder, they look and feel quite professional. The banneton looks solid, too, and I cannot wait to use it! The only thing that could be improved is the scraper, which looks a bit plasticky but without being flimsy. It does the job, just isn't as great as the other items. Oh and communication with the seller was excellent - I was worried about the delivery, which was estimated to take over a month. They were very responsive, and it just so happened that the package arrived after 10 days!

Am really pleased with the pack. It had everything I need. The proofing basket worked and the bread dough came off with no problems. It would have been good if there were hints on how to use and clean the proofing basket. I am glad I researched about them and sprayed it with water then floured it, finishing with rice flour. The lame worked well but instructions how to attach it would have been helpful. It is a dangerous piece of equipment and needs careful handling.. I already have a whisk and so did not use the one in the pack and therefore cannot comment on its efficacy. I have not worked out how to use the stencils but thought they could be used to stencil cakes or Cappuccino!

Love the blade and the dough mixer. Really effective and worth it just for those. Haven't tried the bowl yet, but will definitely use.

Ideal for making bread. The proofing basket is an ideal size for what I wanted. The stencils are plastic rather than metal and really more suitable for putting a design on top of coffee rather than bread but other than that I'm pleased with my purchase.

It is satisfactory. Not amazing but fine for the money. Basket is good, some of the extras are gimmicks, lame is fine, bread bag is too small and badly finished. You get what you pay for.

I only have one complaint with this set and that is the Lame is not very good and could be better. The handle it fine and looks nice and feels good in the hand but the blades feel dull and cheap and do not cut the dough very well.

Kurz aber klar gesagt: Qualität: Sehr gutes Gärkörbchen. Tasche für das Rasiermesser aus echtem Leder. Alles fest und stabil. Lieferung: Sehr schnell, gut verpackt. Preis: Seht gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!!! Persönliche Rückmeldung: Stoffe natürlich auch das Körbchen ist nicht kerzengerade hergestellt, so ist es bei naturbelassenen Hölzern. Schneebesen sitz gut in der Hand, auch beim Arbeiten mit Roggenmehl. Lässt sich leider etwas schwierig reinigen, aber mit einer kleinen Bürste auch kein Problem in die kleinen Bereiche zu kommen.

A nice set for a beginner baker. The basket and the scoring lame are my favorites in this kit. I haven't found the whisk very useful, at least for bread making, but maybe it'll work for something else. I thought the stencils were of metal but they are plastic. So far I've tried only one of them and it did work, so I guess the material doesn't really matter. Overall, I think the value-money-ratio is quite good in this product. Also, the delivery was fast!
