Natural Factors, NEM Natural Eggshell Membrane, Promotes Joint Comfort and Flexibility, 60 Capsules

This has helped with both my knee pain and lower back pain.

I somehow stumbled across some great reviews of NEM on Amazon, but from a different company. It came at a time when my knee was very painful medially (on the inner side). I was limping and every time I would hit the inside of my knee, I would scream silently. Perhaps a torn meniscus or arthritis, but I didn't have time to see an Orthopedist. So I tried the NEM and to my amazement, it started working within 2 weeks. When I ran out, the pain started to come back. The original NEM became unavailable so I tried a blend that contained NEM. It didn't work. I then found this NEM-only product and guess what? It worked. After three months I was pain free. NEM, or Natural Eggshell Membrane, is apparently a natural source of glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, fucos, and hylaronic acid. It seems to work better than taking all of these ingredients and putting them in a supplement. I've been taking this supplement once a night for five months now and I still have no pain in my knee. I'm now tempted to stop it and see what happens, but what an amazing product. I'm just not sure how they harvest the inner membrane of an egg, but maybe I don't want to know. Highly recommended. However, if this doesn't help within 2 to 4 weeks, you may have something that requires a different approach. One bottle should tell you if this will work or not.

It's seems to be working

Hands were swollen, thumb stuck in place, and pain terrific when I entered the health food store. After talking to owner seeking an anti-inflammatory natural remedy, she pointed me to NEM. Mentioned it may take 2-7 days to notice - it was 20 minutes. I am sold. took two tabs first three days as recommended on bottle, manufacture website says one. I am chopping down trees, gardening and crocheted a hat - first time in seven years. I am sold on this product.

I have suffered from arthurites for about 30 years, (hands, feet, knees, hips, back, neck) mostly manageable with daily Advil sometimes requiring stronger drugs. I decided to try NEM and have been pleasantly surprised that it actually works. I have not needed any pain meds for about 5 weeks. I'm not totally pain free but it is substantially diminished. I have not noticed any side effects. Your results may vary but in my opinion if you suffer from arthurites it's worth a try.

I'm 72 & have always been very active I still work & am on feet sometimes 8-10 hrs a day. About 3 years ago my left knee started hurting so bad it would wake me up at night & walking was an effort so off to doctor who tells me I have bone on bone & surgery is only option. I've always been into natural healing & eating healthy & body maintenance so I did some research & spoke with a few knowledgeable people for advice. I'll cut to the chase I started taking NEM & within 3-5 days my knee pain was gone & I have complete mobility, now I won't be running any marathons but everyday just getting around is back for me!!

While I was in Colorado Springs, I noticed a little tightness in my knee joints and I had planned to go hiking near Boulder, so I needed all the flexibility in my knees that I could get. So, I went into this "Hippy" Vegan grocery and inquired, as there are many varieties of joint supplements, and got a testimonial for this product, NEM. I bought it, took as directed-one per day-and could feel an improvement around the third day. I hiked 3 miles that day and 8 miles 2 days later and I felt great! Intend to continue taking NEM, but cannot find it in any local stores or coops. I can get it on Amazon, so I'm happy...and so are my knees!

There was no difference after the advertise 7 to 10 days and even after 14 still nothing. Waste of money.

I found it wonderfully effective just after a few days!

I was skeptical about the effectiveness of this product... I mean come on now, really? Eggshell membranes are going to help my knee pain? But desperation outshone logic and I was at the point that I'd try anything to help even slightly reduce my knee pain. Within a week I have no knee pain whatsoever. I no longer climb and decend stairs like a toddler. I'm able to actually squat and even get down on my knees. Things I haven't been able to do in years without grimacing in pain. I would have laughed at someone who suggested such a thing (like they do at me when I tell them how great it works) but the proof is in the results

I was off work for a few months due to knee pain/difficulty walking/ limping and was basically told to suck it up and wait for it to get worse and a knee replacement down the line. Xrays showed a loss of cartilage. "it won't get better so just keep working". Heard about this and tried it. Within a week I was feeling way better. went to every 2nd day for awhile and then once a week. Plan to stay at once a week for a year or more. I'm back to 100% duties at work with very little pain and 100% mobility. couldn't be happier.

I have not seen dramatic results but the stiffness in my fingers affected my golf and this has helped me have an enjoyable game as I have more flexibility.
