HTO Rockfish '19 H, 8'6", 5-28g, Ultralight lure fishing rod

Poorly packaged, came in a flat piece of cardboard, which for a fine rod like this is not ideal. The butt section foam was damaged, looked like it had been worn away from rubbing on the cardboard. Butt ring was bent out line along with 3 other smaller eyes and scratches on the blank too.
