I lived the book

This book came into my world at the exact right moment. Eckhardt so clearly and eloquently guides to reader to understanding and recognizing the power of being present. The message is simple and powerful. The world would be a better place if everyone understand how important it is to just BE!

I like lines in my journal coz i cant write straight but i love the quotes in the journal that get me in the right state of being before writing

I love this journal. The pictures are astounding, and the words are the heartfelt truth of The Power of Now. My only problem is that I feel like my thoughts or writings pale in comparison, so I keep this and look at it often and enjoy it immensely in the present moment, but haven't written anything in it. I use it like I use Stillness Speaks when I need "Attention, here and now." Thank you Eckhart!

I love Eckhart and pre ordered this as I adore his work. This is a nice book to start the day in a way that gets me out of my constant mind activity. I'm not quite sure what to do with all the space on each page, though I suspect I am supposed to write something that relates to my experience. I wish he didn't charge so much for what seems like selfless spiritual mentorship.

It has an living in the present reminder on every page. Beautifully laid out. High quality. I use it to journal.
