BUT WOW!First off, you don’t need that many. I use it mainly to drain dampness from my body and two moxa sticks do the trick! So if I was you, I’d start with 2 and build from there! Very good quality, adhesive is strong, easy to use. Will rebuy again!

This type of Moxa stick is designed to be very easy to use. I got another brand same type of Moxa stick at a much lower price, then I tried this brand. This one is more expensive for a reason: it works more intensive. Last brand, I need 4 sticks for a session, and pressed down the Moxa to feel the heat. This one, after 2 sticks I feel it's good already, without needing pressing it down. It's much more expensive, but eventually the cost would not be to much higher than the cheaper one. And it takes less time to complete my session. In my limited Moxa experience, this is a good product. I will purchase it again. One thing is that, I think if the seller has the individual Moxa sticks (without bases) for sell, that would be great. Because I think the bases can be re-used.

I used this for a very specific purpose after doing some research. I wanted something to help with the growing bunions on my feet.I used this in combination with other modalities of treatment and healing and also adjustments in my diet.This is a bit cumbersome to use and not very comfortable but has been effective. I would suggest to use this in a well ventilated area as the smoke it gives off is very strong.

Love that I could see the toxins that have been extracted. The only one issue to be aware, since the stick is burn down, the ash stays attached. You have to be careful removing it from your skin, or the ash will fall and give you a slight burn

This sticks well and burns well but the only reason 4 stars is that the heat is not that strong if using one. I wish it was but you feel the heat really when the stick is almost done burning. Thats when it feels good. I bought this for the palm of my hand. I will continue to use it as putting more than one on the area seems to have an effect for the heat to be stronger. Other than that, some reviewers point out the smell. I'm not going to take off stars for the smell. I mean why would anyone think it would smell nice or not smell strong? Go outside to use it and not in your house. Expect for it to smell strong and of course like smoke and expect for the heat to not be so strong unless you put 2 or 3 in the targeted area. Good product tho and will continue to use.

I like that they are easy to use , I use them on my back , I have chronic back pain, and they help me at the end of my day pains .

When I opened the package and found that there was a broken but I don’t know if there will be others breaks during my use.
