Highly recommended good durable long lasting batteries!.
I love Karcher products, really good batteries and lasts really well after a charge!. I highly recommend getting a spare battery always being charged , they last the whole duration of gardening!.

Battery failed but was replaced promptly
One of the two batteries that I bought failed approximately 10 months after purchase. Unlike some other people’s experience, the service I received from Karcher was exemplary. I completed their online form, was contacted by 9.00 am on the next working day and received a replacement battery at no charge and with no quibbles two days later.

Battery laster just over a year before dying.
Rubbish. Holds charge well at first but after several months it starts to lose charge quickly while on the shelf. Soon after that the battery dies entirely and cannot be recharged. I bought a Karcher strimmer from a local DIY store, the battery died just over a year later so I bought this one as a replacement then the exact same thing has happened to this battery and is unfortunately outside of the warranty period. I will not be buying another.

Excellent!
This is a powerful battery, and despite having needed to use, my vacuum cleaner so much, (manly because I am s clumsy), I have only needed to give it one full charge!

Replacement battery
Needed this to use my strimmer. I allowed the original to discharge and would not take a charge at all.
