A shout-out to Preciva for an affordable, yet quality, product; available on Amazon. NOT ONLY did the two items with LEDs come with fresh batteries installed, they ALSO included a 4-pack of replacement batteries for the flashlight! FURTHERMORE, unlike most cheap flashlights that utilize a twist-on/twist-off mechanism for the LEDs, Preciva installed a button to turn the light on and off. That might seem like a small thing, but for those who've used the Twist type, you can relate to my preference for the button. Most cheap Twist type require unscrewing the light head to the point that it's nearly falling off... AND, riding in a pocket, etc, there can be just enough push and pull motion to either detach the light head or to force a connection that burns up your batteries. ALSO, it's NO SMALL THING to need a one-handed flashlight when you're working on a project and need to hold something with the other hand while grabbing your light and turning it on. Preciva apparently makes many products. If they're all as thoughtfully designed, user-friendly/affordable AND, even more importantly, as well packaged to prevent damage during Shipping, then I'll be checking out more products... AND. I'd encourage you to do the same, starting with this little kit, which you will find handy for tons of things, especially for anyone working on vehicles, motors or any kind of appliance where you need to check something before or without moving out. Maybe, you're home alone and need to check for ticks... Like I said, tons of things that make this a very handy kit to keep on hand.

I had considered buying a pick up tool like this one several times in the past, but like many other small tools, I needed it in very specific circumstances and then forgot about it later on. I recently dropped a screwdriver bit down the inside of a wall while working on an outlet, and I finally decided that it was time to buy one of these! Highlights: 1. The magnet is very strong, and picks up moderately heavy items with ease (items such as screw driver bits are extremely easy to pick up, and I have also been able to pick up larger items such as a computer's VGA adapter). 2. The LED light is exceptionally bright and is really handy when using this tool in a dark space. This is an excellent tool, it is made very nicely, and it functions exactly the way that I wanted it to. It is also worth mentioning that the tool I received did not have the brand name (Preciva) printed on the handle. I am actually a fan of this since I like the "no decals" look.

This kit is really helpful in a variety of ways. The magneted light is bright and the magnet is strong keeping it in place where you need the light. The LED mirror makes inspecting hard to reach areas much easier. The other magnets and mirror is very good, but the LED mirror and flashlight are the main value of this package. For the money, its a great value, though for less than $20 I wouldn't expect them all to last a lifetime but seem built to last at least a few years. The extra 357a batteries were a nice touch!

They loved their gift

Seem well made for the price. All tools were well protected in bubble wrap in the box. Came with all necessary batteries. I purchased to do a marine inspection and wanted the lighted extendable mirror and the extendable flash light. Both work fine and seam perfectly adequate for the job. I already had both of the extendable magnets. The smaller one, is virtually the same as the one I purchased from H.F. a few years ago. The larger one is almost identical to the craftsman I purchased 15+ years ago. Fit and finish is slightly better on the craftsman one, that I probably paid as much for as this whole set. I think they represent a good value and meet my needs 100%. The lighted mirror is excellent at inspecting odd things, such as a blister that was causing discomfort between my toes. Added benefit for those of us getting older.

FIRST OFF: - This is an uncompensated review. I paid a full business price of $19.99 with Free Shipping for this Preciva 5 Piece Magnetic Pick-up and Mirrored Telescoping Tool Set Model # PT320005 WHATS IN THE BOX: (1) Rectangle LED Lighted Telescoping 360 Degree Rotating Mirror, (1) Round Un-Lighted Telescoping 360 Degree Rotating Mirror, (1) Large Telescoping Magnetic Pick-up Tool, (1) Small Telescoping Magnetic Pick-up Tool (1) Multi-Use Flashlight Tool that both Telescopes and is flexible on the lighted end plus has a magnet on the opposite end. Also included were 4 Additional LR44 Button Batteries even though all lighted tools already had batteries installed and still contained a decent charge. USES: As a mechanic I find these type of tools quite handy and this is a replacement set for some 30 year old Craftsmans I had worn out. I could see some hobby and household uses also. If you need to retrieve that dropped bolt, nut, washer or screw that seemed to disappear into a bottomless hole or perhaps see into an otherwise obscured area then you will be happy you have this set. I intentionally did not list dimensions because if you look at the included images there is a tape measure for reference and that should give you a pretty good idea. FINAL THOUGHTS: I have not had this set that long but I have used them and I don't see how they would not stand up to regular or even semi-abusive use. My set came in a quaint little gift box (not a storage case) and although I can't attest to there claims, they are listed on the box as Shockproof - Water Resistant - Long Lasting - and Super Bright. I can confirm that the LED's do put out enough light to do the job. Of course these are made in China and at this price point that is what you would expect. I have always had a hit and miss kind of luck with products out of China but I don't how you can go wrong with this set. I am so happy with these I am purchasing another set today for my other shop.

There are many different uses for this tool, personally I use this when I'm working on my car because of the tight spaces. A lot of times the bolts will fall into cracks of the engine bay and unless it falls all the way through to the ground, there's no way you can retrieve it without this tool. This tool has already saved me a lot of time and money looking for replacement nuts and bolts. As far as the tool itself, it is solid heavy duty. The magnet is surprisingly powerful and can pick up some pretty heavy pieces! I like the fact that there's an LED light also since sometimes I work in low light settings. I'm very glad I have this tool and for the price it's worth every penny.

Upon receipt of the inspection mirror set, I was immediately impressed with the quality of the items. I had previously purchased a similar lighted inspection mirror from Home Depot, under the Husky brand name, and returned it the next day when I discovered that the LED lights would shine directly into my eyes instead of lighting up the intended target, and was eager to see if I would get the same results. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the LED's illuminate what is being inspected without the glare of the competing tool. The price of this set compared to the quality was a real surprise: the flexible flashlight and the lighted mirror are EACH easily worth the price paid for the entire set. I don't write a lot of reviews, but if you are looking for a lighted mirror, this is the one to buy. Consider the rest of the set a freebie.
