The book was listed as very good condition, but came in excellent condition. Delivery took a while, but that can be overlooked by the quality.

Great book! Easy to read, practical and gives a good overview of all of the compensation landscape in a thorough and also comprehensive way.Although the authors and contributors do not name specific companies, experienced professionals will be able to discern some of the main consulting companies that provide this service.It is an easy read and even beginners will be able to skip chapters and still understand the concepts to apply them to your work immediately.

The book is very detailed. My only issue is the topics are not as organized as I thought it should be, but it's still a great book.

This book is thorough and relevant. I'm studying for the UCI HR Certification Program and my teacher made this book very useful and relevant for the Rewards & Comp experience in real life situations in HR.

Arrived early. Bought used and blemish-free. Acadwmic writing, content and organization. Chapters are comprehendive, without fluff, and so far research-based. I highly recommend it as a ready reference for non-comp/benefit HR leaders.

The pages themselves are clean with minimal Hi-lites etc but the front cover is just a few threads from falling off. At the end of the day it gets the job done but hope I don’t get charged for damage that was present before I even opened the box.

A must have for your HRM library
