I've gotten dependent on boring podcasts and meditations to fall asleep--problem is, I sleep with my spouse. These have solved the problem. I put them on my pillow next to my ear, and I can hear pods just fine, but my spouse can't. They don't look super sturdy, but they don't really need to be. I so rely on these that I just bought a spare set.

I use one as replacement speakers for my sleeping headband and my husband uses them in his pillow. They work, but be prepared to replace them in less than a year as the connecting point wears out. I haven’t found any that don’t do this same thing, so, it is what it is.

I wanted a contoured sleep mask (because most bother my long eyelashes) with *wired* speakers (because I dislike constantly having to charge simple items and don’t like fiddling with buttons and settings in the dark), but couldn’t find both in one product. I settled for one of those contoured masks with Bluetooth speakers for a while, then realized I could change out its speakers with something like these. Neat.These are actually thinner than the original speakers, and thus more comfortable. The diameter is bigger (there’s about 3/4 inch of foam around the edges) and it means they don’t move around as much at night. Also neat.I tested the speakers and the left channel does seem to be less loud than the right channel, but I’m not super worried about it; I feel like I can probably just move the speakers around to compensate.If they break quickly or something else turns out to not be all that great, I’ll report back in this review.

Have has these not even 6 months and they're not working. BOO URNS! It started by always initiating the voice control feature of my phone, then stopping playing the voice track, and now they're all done. I'm so annoyed. Don't waste your money. Plus there's a "volume control" button and if you have long hair, etc it sometimes triggers it.

I bought these as a replacement for a set of Cozyphones that finally gave out after a year of regular use. These seem like almost a 1:1 replace for those, however immediately I noticed a few things that make them a less than ideal replacement for someone who uses them for sleeping.There is a volume rocker that is in-line on the headphone cord. At first I thought I would like this, however many times I would set the volume, go to sleep, and somehow in the middle of the night (roll onto the volume rocker?) would wake up to 100%, blaring loud audio. I’ve tried to adjust how I am using these for sleep, but somehow often manage to change the volume while sleeping.Along those same lines, there is a way that Siri (something is being held down on the volume rocker) is constantly being triggered, and waking me up...Well, after just a few weeks of use, the headphone jack connector is very loose (from the connector into the wire leading to the drivers), and the audio cuts out already.These look like, sound like, and feel like Cozyphone replacements. But the quality and design (for a sleeping user) just isn’t the same.Now if you are someone who uses these during the day and doesn’t sleep with them on, you might actually not notice the difference and prefer the volume rocker.

These are what they promise to be. They perform well, and last as long as you would expect if you take good care of them. I've bought 3 so far. Mine broke after about a year of using them every night, due to me carelessly pulling on the wire too much or too aggressively. I go to sleep with one speaker directly under or next to my ear. As a result, these have enabled me to hear my bedtime stories clearly while my wife, directly next to me, cannot hear the sound that is going directly into my ear.

I bought these for my sleeping headband. They worked ok for a few months and then the connection by the plug went bad. The wire has a break inside and I have to fiddle with it to get it to work.---edited to add: unless you sleep strapped down to a gurney and you can't turn in your sleep, don't bother. My most recent pair lasted three months before the cord came out of the volume control when I was rolling over in my sleep. I've gone through three of these in maybe a year. Time to try a bluetooth version. Too bad that won't work with my 160gb iPod classic.

I purchased these stereo sleep headphones with the mic to replace a different pair that broke. I thought that having the mic attached would be a bonus, as I didn’t have that on my previous pair, but I found that the mic was very sensitive and when I would shift in the night, it would switch my music. I contacted the company to find out if I could exchange them for one without a mic, and they immediately sent out another pair without the microphone. For people who sleep on their back, it might not be such an issue however I sleep on my side and the mic just didn’t work for me. As far as comfort and sound quality, they are excellent. Much better than I expected. They are encased in foam which adds to their comfort and keeps them from shifting in the headband. Kudos to the manufacturer for making such a sturdy, high-quality product for a good price and for great service!
