I wanted to share an experience I had recently after my purchase here on Amazon from Mina’s Morocco. I love using the preserved lemons, but sadly when I received my last shipment one of the jars had opened slightly and leaked inside the bubble wrap. I am not a fan of getting opened products so I dumped them. I had bought 2 bottles and the other was fine for dinner. I first tried to return the item, but food items are not taken back. I contacted the seller through email and explained the situation. Mina wrote me back personally apologizing on behalf of the way the item was shipped and simply wanted my address to ship me a replacement jar. I was very pleased and just received my replacement jar. Mina’s Morocco is an outstanding service with great products that can’t be beat. I would highly recommend doing business with this seller. I don't do many reviews, but I thought that Mina deserved some kind words.

Jar arrived with the seal popped and liquid leaking. So it's a complete waste of money - straight to the trash bin.

does not arrive in the yellow lemon color, more brown color, but we used them in our mediterranean root vegetable dish and the smell and the taste were very good.

Omg I was not expecting it to taste this good you smell the lemon as soon as you open a little salty but I definitely got my moneys worth

I ordered two jars of Mina's preserves lemons. One jar was fine. The other was clearly leaking and there was strange black stuff all over the jar and lid that can be seen through the bubble wrap. I tried to return, but it's non-refundable due to it being food! I understand not sending it back for a physical return, but not being able to be refunded for a product that's unsafe to eat is UNBELIEVABLE! I'm extremely disappointed that I can actually show photos of the state it arrived in but can't get a refund. I'll need to try ordering from a company that backs their products 100%. I ordered from Mina because my last jar was so delicious. But who can afford to spend $10 on three preserved lemons that you have to throw away because who knows how long the jar has been leaking?!
